Disclosure News narrated about hundreds of locations, where Co-Creators, the Light Rings and their ground teams restored the mothballed ancient Power Places and carried out ops against NAAs (Negative Alien Archons). After that, immediately, FROM ALL OF THESE SITES, towards the Galactic Central Sun started the oncoming Light’s radiation. Very intense and pin-pointed. Merging, they widen and encompass larger territories, shining together in the same space direction. Last months, it was so with Uruguay, the UK, France, Italy, India, China, and many other countries, mentioned by DNI.
And in every case, instantly, FROM THE ENTIRE PLANET, NAAs and their human proxies unleash fierce attacks on each ground team member and their families, including the babies, smallest tots and the weak, defenseless elderly. Fainting, vomiting blood, excruciating pain in specific organs and throughout the body… it is impossible to list all the severe consequences…
And in every case, from every crack, underground base and city, new swarms of disturbed Dracos, Reptiloids, Greys, Insectoids, and other zoo crawl out to the surface and the astral plane to hit back the Light Rings, which are forced to clear these locations again and again-for the second, third, and subsequent rounds. Recently, it was repeated in the United States, where the Dark Rings have dozens of subterranean strongholds (see The Dark Web, Part 1 and Part 2, DNI, 28 March and 29 March 2026).
ALABAMA
A zone of dense technocratic control and destructive military-industrial programs.
New Market
The community – Census Designated Place (CDP, circa 1,600 residents) – in northeastern Madison County, 10 km from the Tennessee border. In 1980, beneath this place, the Military Industrial Complex (MIC) bunker was built. On the four lower levels, there are hermetic modules made of a matte titanium alloy. Maximum depth: 800 meters. A complete absence of windows on the surface technical structures, which are disguised as warehouses. Low-frequency generators and microwave transmitters for communication with deep-sea objects, corporate sector AI encryption servers, and automatic magnetic-levitation elevators were established there.
The personnel include Greys (Zeta Reticuli) and lower-caste Reptiloids under the supervision of the MIC. As a coordination hub for communication and surveillance, the complex is integrated into a general network with Huntsville structure (see below).
The Light Rings are rigidly locking down the base’s mental field and conducting precision wave-frequency bombardment to destabilize communication channels between NAAs on Earth and the Dark Rings in space.

Huntsville
The largest city in the north of Alabama, in the valley of the Tennessee River, at the foot of the Appalachian Mountains. A massive underground node. 12 levels extending 3.5 kilometers beneath the Redstone Arsenal. Formerly, it was military plant, but now, it is one of the primary centers of the U.S. aerospace industry. Hosts the Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM), the George C. Marshall Space Flight Center (NASA), the Aviation and Missile Research, Development, and Engineering Center (AMRDEC), and the Aviation and Missile Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC).
Massive subterranean domed caverns (with vault heights of up to 45 meters), interconnected by four-lane tunnels designed for heavy machinery. The structure is composed of monolithic graphite-reinforced concrete, integrated with an anti-corrosive aerospace alloy lining. The facility maintains the highest degree of sterility.
Equipment includes anti-gravity test stands (magnetic wells), quantum cryptographic processors for communication with Orion (Dark Sector), plasma drilling rigs, and assembly workshops for UAVs and disc-shaped spacecraft.
The base is operated by high-ranking Repts (Draco constellation), Orions, and the upper echelons of the Shadow Government (Project Paperclip/NASA). This key strategic hub of the Dark Rings in the Southern United States manages space programs, the development of anti-gravity platforms, and mental manipulation and suppression operations.
On the Subtle Plane, the Light and Dark Rings are engaged in a positional war for this base. Forces from Sirius B continuously intercept the complex’s telemetry and block the deployment of the NAAs’ destructive weaponry into low Earth orbit.
Huntsville
Lewis Smith Reservoir
Located in north-central Alabama, on the Sipsey arm of the Black Warrior River. It is spread over three counties: Cullman, Walker and Winston. A huge underwater NAAs’ hub. It consists of three levels beneath the reservoir floor (at depths of 600 meters from the water’s surface). Airlock chambers open into fissures at the bottom of the lake. The walls are coated with a synthetic, light-absorbing, and sonar-absorbent black hydrophobic material.
The Dark Rings have installed there the deep-sea pressurized docks, hydraulic gate actuators, and cavitation generators that mask the acoustic signatures of departing craft by mimicking the natural ambient noise of the reservoir, as well as cooling systems for the Huntsville reactors (see above). The base is staffed by amphibious races from Sirius B (destructive factions) and Greys.
Using the Sirius A codes, the Light Rings are blocking the base’s airlocks and its transit corridor. On the Subtle Plane, this causes an energetic “boiling” of the water, which prevents all approach to and exit from the base. NAAs are unsuccessfully attempting to counter this, using electromagnetic domes.

Two neighboring towns (circa 3,000 residents) in central part of the state, in Bibb County, separated by the Cahaba River. Together they form a single urban agglomeration, under which a deep-underground bunker for monitoring and storing genetic and biological material was built. It features exits into the deep aquifers of Alabama and an extensive network of horizontal tunnels within karst voids.
Depth: down to 1,200 meters. 5 levels. The walls are reinforced with sprayed grey polymer concrete. The 3rd and 4th floors are sterile zones equipped with glass partitions and airlocks for pressure relief. The facility houses cryogenic chambers, biomass separators, closed-loop hydrological systems (groundwater filtration), and pulsed disinfection frames that erase organic traces.
Run by lower-tier Dracos and androids. Currently, the base is 40% mothballed and operating only in life-support maintenance mode. Through micro-tectonic shifts, the Light Rings are gradually undermining the foundation with groundwater, displacing the base’s destructive egregore by purifying the water matrix.

Falkville
A small town in the southern part of Morgan County, 64 km southwest of Huntsville. The site of interdimensional hub. Three underground levels at a depth of 400 meters, connected to an astral pocket. On the surface, it is disguised as an abandoned sawmill and surrounded by a double-perimeter fence with motion sensors.
This is a psychotronic weapons testing base. It is equipped with infrasonic fear emitters operating 24/7 at frequencies of 4Hz-7Hz (inducing panic attacks in the local population), panoramic etheric field scanners, and mental emanation catchers. The facility is managed by Insectoids (Acridian sub-race) and Grey hybrids.
Pleiadians are continuously cleansing the area’s mental field with high-frequency energy, which neutralizes the base’s emissions.
ALASKA
A zone of planetary Arctic resonators, Earth’s axial tilt stabilization, and climate control.
Schwatka Mountains
Stands in the Ambler Mining District on the southern slope of the western Brooks Range. An ancient necropolis-vault situated 2 kilometers deep beneath the permafrost within a tectonic cavity. The walls are made of monolithic black basalt, bearing traces of laser and plasma cutting of perfect precision. The central halls feature pyramidal geometry. The interior space is filled with inert gas for the preservation of the contents.
Under the guard of Greys and AI, the Dark Rings have placed stasis capsules there containing Nephilim in suspended animation (for more about them, see Uruguay Ops, Part 1, DNI, 8 September 2026), as well as genetic archives, autonomous isotope generators, the Black Cube AI crystalline database (used for predicting planetary cycles), and an Arctic climate resonator.
Avoiding a direct assault, the Light Rings, together with Arcturians, are intercepting control and remotely blocking the base’s AI to prevent attempts to detonate tectonic plates.
Schwatka Mountains
Delta Junction and Fort Greely
A major military-technical complex located 1.5 kilometers underground in central Alaska, in the Tanana Valley, approximately 160 km south of Fairbanks. It is surrounded by the White Mountains to the north, the Granite Mountains to the southeast, and the Alaska Range to the southwest.
The facility features a silo-type layout with 7 levels. The walls are reinforced with armor plating and rubberized compounds to dampen seismic shocks. The metal floors contain concealed high-voltage busbar wiring. External radar systems are grounded via vertical copper rods installed within the base.
Officially, the base is part of the U.S. missile defense system. In reality, it serves as a control hub for ionospheric weaponry (linked to HAARP), deep-space scanning, and the blocking of Light Ring craft entry. The arsenal includes plasma beam generators, phased array antennas for directed ultrasonic and ionospheric radiation, and satellite telemetry interception systems. The complex is jointly operated by Reptiloids, Greys, and corporate entities of the Secret Space Program (SSP).
The base is subject to regular energy strikes from the Light Rings. This manifests as anomalous auroras due to the overloading of the facility’s protective fields under the influence of the force impact and its powerful Light’s codes.
Fort Greely
Mount Hayes
Located in the Fairbanks area, approximately 90 km south of Delta Junction. The base is carved into the granite core of the mountain at a depth of 3.8 kilometers. It consists of 9 levels. The halls are honeycomb-shaped (hexagonal geometry) for optimal distribution of rock pressure. The walls are coated with gold plating and cadmium shielding to prevent frequency leakage.
The Dark Rings have placed there the interdimensional psychotronic translators (“frequency of subjugation” generators), quantum radars for scanning Earth’s mental field, and installations for focusing astral rays from Orion (Dark sector) onto Earth.
The technical staff consists of Inner Earth NAAs and human personnel in alliance with Orion. It is one of the main four global “consciousness interception” centers. It serves as a powerful electronic-psychic node controlling thought patterns in the Northern Hemisphere.
The Light Rings have created a mirror cocoon around Mount Hayes, which reflects destructive radiation back into the base, causing malfunctions and equipment failure.
Mount Hayes
Denali Mountain
The highest point in North America, located on the massif of the same name in the Alaska Range, approximately 210 km north of Anchorage. The Denali Fault-one of the largest strike-slip faults on the continent-runs nearby. It is a large system of ridges, spurs, and adjacent peaks that are geologically and morphologically connected to the main summit.
It’s an outpost and ancient crystalline temple of the Higher Hierarchs of the Light Rings, blocking NAAs’ expansion in this region. It is a multidimensional structure with physical levels located at depths ranging from 1 to 5 kilometers. It features snow-white and translucent crystalline vaults resembling cathedrals. The wall material consists of natural quartz and silicon isotopes, emitting a soft, natural light. There are no cables or pipes; all energy is transmitted wirelessly through the resonance of the halls’ geometry.
The Light Rings have deployed there the planetary grid crystalline harmonizers, Earth’s axis stabilization wave shields, interdimensional communication nodes, and instant teleportation Portals from the Pleiades and Arcturus. This is the Guardian of the Northern crystalline core and the planet’s tectonic stability.
The base is under continuous siege by the Dark Rings from Fort Greely and Mount Hayes. They are attempting to breach the Denali crystalline shield using ultrasonic drilling and mental attacks, but the Light Rings successfully suppress these assaults, turning them back against the attackers themselves.

ARIZONA
A zone of Portals and interdimensional rifts.
Central/Northern Ranges
Under it, a large underground base of the Dark Rings works. It consists of 6 levels at a depth of 1.8 kilometers. The geometry of the halls is based on the Fibonacci spiral. Transitions between levels are designed as gentle spiral ramps without stairs. The walls have a biomorphic texture (resembling the chitinous coverings of Insectoids) that changes color depending on the frequency of the local Portal’s operation.
Equipment: gravitational lenses (space-warping installations for spacecraft entry), plasma focusing rings, and dimensional shift scanners. The base is operated by Higher Mantis-like Insectoids and Greys. This is an interdimensional energy redistribution hub where the dense layers of 3D reality are naturally thinned.
The Light Rings are constantly attacking the base to seal the interdimensional gateways. Insectoids counterattack with emissions of radioactive and plasma frequencies on the etheric plane. The battles continue.
Central/Northern Ranges (in red)
Fort Huachuca
An active U.S. Army base in Cochise County (southeastern Arizona), 24 km from the Mexican border, at the northern foothills of the Huachuca Mountains, near the city of Sierra Vista. The underground section extends to a depth of 2 kilometers. It has 9 levels with extensions. The walls are made of matte carbon fiber with integrated LED strips. There are massive server halls with raised floors, beneath which coolants circulate. The rooms feature complete soundproofing.
This complex belongs to NSA Cryptologic Command/INSCOM/ and serves as one of the primary subterranean hangars for the NAAs spacecraft. It features tunnels connecting to Area 51 (Nevada) and the Dulce Base (New Mexico). Equipment includes a quantum AI for global internet traffic data collection and analysis (electronic surveillance), holographic interface generators, and cyber-intelligence hardware. The military (INSCOM intelligence units) operates the base jointly with Dracos and Reptiloids. The facility is used, among other things, for data harvesting and the creation of holographic interfaces to manipulate social processes.
The Light Rings do not storm the base directly but conduct continuous cyber-sabotage. They inject “viral awakening” codes into the base’s information networks, causing data leaks and malfunctions in the population control algorithms.
Fort Huachuca
Grand Canyon
A multi-tiered network of natural and artificial caves reaching depths of up to 3 kilometers and stretching for tens of kilometers. It is a massive underground labyrinthine metropolis-a repository for artifacts of the previous four Races. The architecture transitions from ancient brick and stonework in the upper levels to laser-fused basalt galleries in the deeper strata. Entrances are camouflaged as weathered rock niches and canyons, inaccessible to tourists.
The complex houses ancient etheric accumulators (Lemurian-era resonators, reconfigured to harvest human potential), geothermal power plants, and local psi-jammers designed to mask the base’s mental signatures. It is controlled by negative Lemurians and Reptiloids.
The Light Rings are methodically sealing the labyrinth exits to the surface. A slow strangulation of the base’s infrastructure is underway by cutting off its energy arteries.
Grand Canyon
Glendale/West Valley Phoenix
Luke Air Force Base in Maricopa County, 11 km west of downtown Glendale and 24 km west of Phoenix. Premier F-35A/F-16 training hub; 56th Fighter Wing Operations. Subterranean space-airpower interfacing. 5 levels at a depth of 900 meters. High-speed transit terminal. 450 km of tunnels to Wikieup, Arizona (functioning as a midway “switching station”) and onward to Area 51 (Groom Lake), Nevada.
The architecture resembles a giant underground railway station or cargo terminal. It features wide rectangular tunnels with rail tracks for vacuum trains. The walls are made of gray concrete with sector markings in fluorescent paint. The facility includes electromagnetic launch tracks (catapults), automated loading robots, docking nodes for underground transport capsules, and communication relays to Nevada. The complex is serviced by Greys (small bio-robots).
Pleiadians, together with the Light Rings, periodically stage a show of force over this sector, overloading the base’s power grids with their ships.
Luke Air Force Base

A city in the northern part of the state, located on Manson Mesa. It grew out of a construction camp for the Glen Canyon Dam (1956-1966) on the Colorado River. The resulting lake (with a water volume of 31 cubic kilometers) is the second-largest reservoir in the United States.
In the vicinity of Page, at a depth of 700 meters, lies a 4-level hydraulic complex belonging to the Orion group (Dark sector) and Repts’ hybrids. The walls are made of heavy-duty hydraulic concrete, reinforced with steel stiffening ribs. There is a constant hum from the pump and turbine halls. The Dam provides additional power to the bases in Dulce and Area 51.
The base has direct underground water conduits to the Glen Canyon Dam and is equipped with water structure frequency modulators, electromagnetic traps for filtering heavy elements, ultra-high-pressure turbines, and tectonic stress scanners for the Colorado River bed. It features a massive subterranean transit hub with tunnels leading to Area 51 (388 km), Dulce Base (400 km), and Luke AFB (485 km).
Attempts by NAAs to expand their zone of influence to the east are being blocked by the Light Rings using frequency barriers in the Page area.
Glen Canyon Dam
Paradox Basin
A major geological basin at the junction of four states: Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona. It is a powerful geomantic node and an interdimensional crossroads. At a depth of 2.2 km, there is a 7-level base of the Dark Rings. Its etheric projection extends into the lower astral plane.
The central hall is octagonal in shape with a massive mirrored floor made of black obsidian. Corridors radiate outward along the cardinal directions. The walls are covered with engravings of ancient destructive symbols that absorb light. Equipment includes: chronal resonators, torsion field inversion generators, astral projectors (devices for anchoring entities in the dense plane), and low-vibration frequency accumulators. The staff consists of Dracos, Reptilians, and lower-astral entities.
This is a zone of an intense, protracted conflict. NAAs are using the base for destructive global-level rituals and the distortion of timelines.
A powerful group of the Light Rings (including our planet’s Guardians from indigenous lineages on the Subtle Plane) is conducting a continuous cleansing of this crossroads. A battle is underway to prevent Earth’s timelines from sliding into a destructive scenario.
Paradox Basin
Sedona
A city in Oak Creek Canyon, northern Arizona, Coconino County, east of Boynton Canyon, known for its ancient ruins and energy vortexes, including the four primary ones: Airport Mesa, Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, and Boynton Canyon. The latter is the most balanced, where masculine (upward) and feminine (downward) energies meet and harmonize.
Beneath Boynton Canyon, at a depth of 1.2 km, lies a 6-level complex. Originally, this was the site of an interdimensional Portal of the Light Rings. It is currently a zone of occupation by NAAs and the Military-Industrial Complex. The lower levels contain metallic grey bunkers illuminated by cold neon light. The upper exits are natural red sandstone caves equipped with cloaking screens.
Boynton Canyon
The Dark Rings have installed vortex pumps at the base (devices that siphon Earth’s energy from the Sedona fault line), frequency distorters for Sirius and Arcturian codes, and generators of false mental projections for the surface population.
In this area, in the war between the two sides, a grueling 50/50 stalemate continues. The Light Rings are activating surface vortexes through awakened individuals and meditations, delivering powerful frequency strikes against the underground base. Sedona is literally “burning” on the Subtle Plane from an excess of Light, scorching the Dark Rings’ electronics beneath Boynton Canyon.
