NORTH

The border tectonic node that anchors the junction of the Uruguayan Shield with the vast Brazilian Crystalline Plate.

Artigas

In this department on the border with Brazil, the zone of confrontation is the Catalanes District, home to some of the world’s largest amethyst deposits, which are extracted by about 30 mining companies.

Amethyst is not just quartz. The presence of iron and cosmic radiation during its formation makes it an ideal waveguide. The deposits are linked to the axis of the Southern Hemisphere’s Pole Star (Alpha and Beta Centauri – Southern Cross) and function as transceivers for high-frequency pulses from deep space via the Oort Cloud and the South Atlantic Anomaly, grounding them into the continent’s crystalline lattice.

This cosmic node blocks the low frequencies of the Dark Rings and transmits the reference codes of the Galactic Central Sun without distortion. This is precisely why NAAs are attempting not only to reconnect this area to Saturn and Orion but also to gut the amethyst deposits as much as possible using nearly 400 Uruguayan and Brazilian mines and quarries. They aim to strip the country’s Northern Shield of its natural cosmic protection, utilizing border highways, high-voltage power lines, and communication towers that geometrically sever ley lines.

In Artigas, the Light Rings’ bases are located on the Subtle Plane above the Cuchilla de Haedo ridge, the eastern part of the Parana basalt plateau where the amethyst lies. They are rewiring the structure of the remaining strata, rendering them unsuitable for holding destructive programs. This helps the mineral better take and relay the Violet Ray, which removes heavy mental energy so that consciousness can be filled with Light.

Today, the balance of power in this region is 60% Lights/40% Darks. On the surface, NAAs act as the absolute masters of the economy and society. However, the tectonics and the crystalline Northern Shield are entirely controlled by the Light Rings. The rate of high-frequency radiation seepage here is higher than the Dark Rings’ ability to jam it.

Rivera

In this department, the main point of confrontation is Minas de Corrales, an ancient tectonic and gold-bearing hub that the Dark Rings have attempted to use for their own purposes. But the mines (Bocamina Ernestinita and others) are merely “scratches” on the surface. Using French and British concessionaires as their tools, NAAs breached these strata not only for the precious metal, which is an ideal frequency conductor. By extracting gold from Corrales, they were de-energizing the protective field of the Northern Shield, replacing it with an egregore of greed and heavy slave labor.

However, on the subterranean and Subtle Planes, the architecture of this place functions quite differently. Star codes of the Light Rings are anchored within the gold deposits. Here, in cavities at depths of 3 to 7 km, lie their cities and engineering complexes, which maintain the balance of the Uruguayan tectonic suture. Furthermore, Minas de Corrales is one of the South American terminals of Agartha, and together with the Northern Shield, it connects directly to the vast Guarani-Amazonian underground network of the Inner Earth.

The Dark Rings failed to turn ALL of Uruguay into their reservation precisely because, in the north of the country, they are opposed by the more powerful force of Agartha and the Light Rings. Today, NAAs and their proxy companies are gradually winding down their operations in the region. The large gold reserves are nearly exhausted, and major corporations have left, having lost the ability to siphon life energy from this node through gold.

But this energy has not run dry. It is fueled by pulses from the Inner Earth, which continuously flow toward the surface to meet the high-frequency stream of Light from the Galactic Center and the Photon Belt. This node functions as a massive relay of Light for the entire country.

WEST

Uruguay River Valley

It runs through the departments of Artigas, Salto, Rio Negro, and Paysandu. The deep thermal horizons of the Guarani Aquifer System (GAS) associated with it are aligned along the Sirius-Ursa Major cosmic axis. Together, the valley, the water surface, and the underground lenses function as a giant concave mirror, receiving and distributing cosmic plasma flows through the planet’s capillaries.

The Dark Rings are attempting to lock the water egregore into Lunar and Saturnian codes of rigid suppression. To achieve this, the riverbed is obstructed by dams, which create stagnant water and break its natural right-hand spiral of the Light’s vortex.

The control node of Greys (Zeta Reticuli) is located within the Argentina-Uruguay Salto Grande hydropower station. Through the turbines, the electromagnetic fields of the generators, and massive concrete structures, they cover the water with a heavy digital network that erases cosmic information and renders the flow energetically dead. However, this process constantly malfunctions, as the power plant’s automation frequently fails due to tectonic vibrations.

They are caused by the active resistance of the Light Rings. They have established full control over Salto Grande and the underground strata of the Guarani Aquifer System, which contains the Lemurian reference water matrix. Its codes, seeping into the Uruguay River, disrupt the operation of the Salto Grande machinery. From their bases at a depth of over 1.5 km in the Salto fault zone, Sirius B hydro-plasmoids and Pleiadian engineering teams upload awakening apps into the water via thermal springs, transforming them into carriers of Light.

Currently, the balance of power in this region is 50% Lights/50% Darks. The latter still control the physical flow of the water. But on the Subtle Plane, the Light Rings hold sway over the complex, and through the river egregore, they channel Light’s codes into the central part of Uruguay.

CENTER

The departments of Tacuarembo, Durazno, Lavalleja, and Flores form the steppe heart of the country. The entire expanse of pampas and hills is aligned with the axis of the Galactic Center and the Southern Cross constellation. The open landscape functions as a powerful planetary resonator, maintaining the rhythm of the Earth’s crust without technogenic distortions.

This does not suit the Dark Rings. To reorient the region toward a low-frequency circuit, they are attempting to turn the living space of the steppe into a mechanical conveyor belt of monoculture and livestock farming in order to siphon off its vital energy.

To achieve this, they initiated the planting of industrial forests in Tacuarembo, which intensively power down the topsoil layers. As a result, the groundwater level is dropping. Because these, trees consume vast amounts of moisture, streams and rivers across the entire territory are drying up. The landscape is slowly turning into a desert, killing off the high-frequency living steppe.

Eucalyptus trees actively extract not only water but also nutrients (nitrogen, phosphorus) from the soil. Fertility is declining. Eucalyptus monoculture does not support the diversity of animals, insects, and microorganisms found in a natural, multi-layered forest. Furthermore, it is highly fire-prone, which suits the Dark Rings perfectly.

They treat the local population in the same way. By imposing routine, isolation, and mental deafness, NAAs force people into a primitive, closed-loop lifestyle of “livestock work – survival – oblivion,” blocking any attempts at Spiritual growth. This diminishes the Light Rings’ ability to counter NAAs through the local population, which is also shrinking. Lavalleja and Flores are leaders in aging, with 91 people over the age of 65 for every 100 children. Today, only 7% of Uruguayans live in the four central departments (which make up 24% of the country’s territory).

The Light Rings continue to direct a cosmic flow to this area. They are activating ancient geo-codes stored in the voids beneath the pampas that sustain the region’s energy. But without the help of the local inhabitants, this is all that can be done in the current situation. Therefore, the balance of power in the Center remains 75% Darks/25% Lights.

EAST

Quebrada de los Cuervos

On the surface, this is a beautiful canyon in the Treinta y Tres department, carved through hills and cliffs by a small but vigorous flow of the Arroyo Yerbal Chico. The cosmic and tectonic function of this gorge is far more significant.

On the Subtle Plane, this vertical rift extends to a depth of over 12 km, reaching the lower basalt plates, and functions like a piston. The Light Rings use it to discharge excess high-frequency energy arriving from the Oort Cloud and the constellation Leo. If this rift did not exist, Uruguay’s mental field, under the pressure of NAAs, would have long since turned into concrete. Through its field, the Quebrada vents the excess pressure of the 3D System.

In the deepest, inaccessible grottos of the canyon, the Light Rings modulate the air and etheric currents flowing from Agartha, saturating the surface layer of the atmosphere with them. It is from here that those “inexplicable impulses of freedom” spread across the country, causing the inhabitants to feel a vague anxiety within their outwardly calm but dull existence.

Eastern Coast

A powerful oceanic frontier within the departments of Rocha and Maldonado, through which the energy of the Atlantic cleanses the mental field of Uruguay and the entire continent. The key nodes of this filter are Punta del Este, the Garzon, Jose Ignacio, Cabo Polonio, Castillos, Negra, and Merin lagoons.

They form a unified Atlantic coastal system, a single type of terrain, with similar processes (coastal sediment drift, lagoon formation) and a common geological foundation. Chains of wetlands, bird migration corridors, and ecosystems stretch between them. They fill the gaps between the axial nodes and support the overall operation of the Eastern Coast, which is oriented along the cosmic axis of the Lunar tides and the Pleiades.

The Dark Rings are attempting to destroy this mechanism by developing the coastline into zones for elite recreation, entertainment, and glamorous events. From their base beneath the infrastructure of Punta del Este, they harvest energy through ostentatious luxury, hedonism, and the fear of losing status. In the underwater grottos of the Merin Lagoon, NAAs have installed their equipment, communication cables, and tracking beacons.

They are opposed by the cetacean races of Sirius B, who maintain their own underwater node in the depths off Cape Polonio. Supported by the fleet of the Light Rings, they saturate this part of the Atlantic Ocean with high frequencies, using storms and shifting currents to remove the mental debris carried by rivers from across this part of South America. The Portal above Cabo Polonio and its lighthouse are used for the entry and exit of Sirius B spacecraft, bypassing the destructive jammers of the Dark Rings concentrated near Buenos Aires and Montevideo. The overall balance of power in the region is 50% Lights /50% Darks.

Western Coast

A cluster that includes the departments of Colonia, San Jose, Canelones, and Montevideo along the shores of the La Plata estuary. The estuary was formed by the confluence of the Uruguay and Parana rivers and stretches for 320 km to the Atlantic Ocean. It is oriented along the axis of the Southern Cross and the continent’s deep-water arteries. For all of South America, the La Plata (or Rio de la Plata) is of immense significance, as a powerful planetary vortex operates here, generated by the energies of river and ocean currents. It is a point of natural suction and transmutation of dense energies.

Bases of Sirius, Orion (Light’s sector), and the Pleiades are located on the Subtle Plane closer to the open ocean, small islands, and nature reserves. The estuary functions as a transit corridor. The NAAs’ nodes are located under the La Plata’s floor, within the Quilmes and Recalada Troughs at a depth of 2 km, and on the surface, in zones of maximum destructive mental smog (large megalopolises, ports, and hubs of historical and financial control). Their underwater and subterranean resonators, embedded in the thick silt of the estuary, are oriented toward intercepting the energy of human masses. What is the overall balance of power in this cluster?

Colonia. Functions as an entry point for pure energies from the west. Old stone structures and tectonic stability help the Light Rings maintain up to 65%-70% high frequencies here. NAAs are present here only partially in the form of a small egregore that siphons energy from tourists.

San Jose. A neutral buffer zone. There are no bases here, but the territory is used by both sides as a transit corridor for pumping destructive and constructive energy flows. The forces are balanced: 50% Lights/50% Darks.

Canelones. The Dark Rings dominate the suburban area, which is tightly linked to the logistics and life support of the capital. The NAAs’ underground low-frequency emitters ground human consciousness through domestic and technogenic attachments. The balance of power is 60% Darks/40% Lights. And what is the situation in Montevideo?

MONTEVIDEO

On the Subtle Plane, the capital is divided vertically into layers of influence, where constant energetic work takes place.

The lower astral and etheric subterranean layers are under Dracos. Since their transport and command hub is located beneath the La Plata estuary and the foundations of the old city (Ciudad Vieja), negative low-vibrational energies emanate upward from there. They appear as a grayish grid or a viscous power field. These frequencies are designed to lock the consciousness of the city’s inhabitants into survival mode, materialism, bureaucracy, hidden fears, and depression.

The higher etheric and mental layers are governed by Arcturians. They have deployed a multidimensional sacred geometry dome over the city, which glows with neon-blue and violet light. It continuously bombards the lower Dracos’ grid with high-frequency pulses, dissolving the mental smog.

Montevideo serves as a transit point for energy flows from the Sirian latitudinal tunnel (from the east, via Rocha) and the Agartha meridian (from Lavalleja). These flows pierce the city with luminous golden and aquamarine filaments, providing a recharge for sensitive individuals and awakening their intuition and spirituality. How does this manifest in the lives of the capital’s residents?

The division of districts on both the physical and Subtle Planes is very distinct. In areas most heavily permeated by NAAs, people more frequently experience inexplicable fatigue, mental fog, or anxiety.

Ciudad Vieja

The historical core. Beneath it, at a great depth, lies the projection of the Dracos’ command hub. The old banking and administrative systems are concentrated here. The energy is dense, heavy, and stagnant. In the evening, when the streets empty, astral smog settles onto the old stone buildings, intensifying the sense of oppression and confinement.

Zona Portuaria and Aguada

Industrial and port districts, along with the area surrounding the Legislative Palace. A rigid technocratic energy prevails here. In these places, the density of the 3D Matrix is at its peak, as all nodes are tied to the material flows and logistics of the Dark Rings.

Centro

The axis along 18 de Julio Avenue is a vector of material desires, commerce, and bureaucracy. The constant mental agitation of the people fuels low-frequency egregores.

In areas resonating with the Light Rings, the Arcturian dome and the latitudinal currents of Sirius pierce through the matrix, creating zones of heightened awareness and effortless breathing.

Pocitos and Punta Carretas

These districts open onto the Rambla, a 22-kilometer promenade along the coast of the Rio de la Plata. It is the city’s most vibrant area, where residents jog, rollerblade, drink mate, and stroll. The water, purified by the crystalline codes of Sirius B, washes these shores, creating a powerful ionizing and energy-cleansing effect. The air and the Subtle Plane are purer here. People in these neighborhoods are more open, relaxed, and receptive to Pleiadian frequencies.

Parque Rodo

The green heart of the city, bordering the water. Its trees and natural landscape serve as grounding points for Arcturian Light’s codes. It is an ideal place for restoring one’s strength and clearing the aura of the mental smog generated by the City Center.

Carrasco

The eastern edge of the capital. Characterized by wide green avenues and “garden city” style residential architecture. It is located closest to the latitudinal Sirius corridor extending from Rocha. The energy here is soft, rarefied, and possesses a high level of natural harmony.

However, the architectural geometry of Montevideo is profoundly and fundamentally Masonic. The Dark Rings built the capital of Uruguay with the help of French and Italian lodges (many of which were linked to hybrid Nephilim lineages), which created a techno-magical grid upon the city’s body from the ground up. It is based on powerful nodes that function as parts of a single control mechanism.

Plaza Independencia

The primary Masonic control console. When viewed from the Subtle Plane, the square appears as a giant horizontal vortex (torus) that rotates at the intersection of two energetic fronts. The Light Rings activated it to prevent the heavy astral smog from the banking and port sectors of the Old City from flooding the residential and cultural districts of the New City, and conversely, to balance the chaotic bustle of the Center.

When a person crosses Plaza Independencia on foot, they perform a micro-quantum transition. Walking from Ciudad Vieja, one can physically feel the sensation of constriction and enclosed stone walls fading away. The space of the square expands abruptly. The ocean breeze (carrying the codes of Sirius B) blows through it, cleansing the mental field.

The Light Rings hold the square as a zone where neither side can fully dominate. This makes this place an ideal starting point for those who wish to attune themselves to the higher vibrations of Montevideo.

Puerta de la Ciudadela

These ancient stone gates are all that remain of the military fortress. On the Subtle Plane, they act as a frequency filter. As the mental currents of Dracos and the banking egregores of the Old City move eastward, they pass through this gateway. The Light Rings, together with Agartha, have imposed an energy grid upon the Puerta. It functions as a sieve: dense thought-forms of survival fear and debt slavery are caught, while pure consciousness passes into the square, liberated.

Mausoleo de Jose Artigas

In the middle of Plaza Independencia stands a massive monument to the national hero, beneath which lies his underground mausoleum. The immense mass of granite in the structure connects the square to the deep layers of the crust, reaching up to the upper echelons where Agartha is present.

The mausoleum acts as a drain. Negativity that could not be transmuted by the Palacio Salvo (see below) is channeled here, deep into the earth, where it is neutralized by the planet’s magnetism. This is precisely why, in the center of the square, despite the busy traffic, people often feel a strange, monumental sense of calm.

Palacio Salvo

Located on the corner of Plaza Independencia, it works in tandem with the Mausoleum. This multifunctional palace was built between 1925 and 1928, designed by the architect and Freemason Mario Palanti. Much like in another his creation, the Palacio Barolo in Buenos Aires (1919-1923), he imbued both with occult symbolism.

The lower level (basement and passage) encoded a state of chaos. Palanti used gray granite and dark arcades to lock Montevideo’s heavy emotional egregores (fear, bustle, material cravings) into a closed loop. The human flow, passing through the arcade, left behind its energetic potential, which served as food and fuel for NAAs.

The middle floors functioned as an alchemical filter, encoding rigid containment. The architectural proportions of the windows and spans cut off any attempts by consciousness to reach vertical resonance. Any creative or Spiritual aspiration of the residents and office workers was ground down into toxic mental debris and expelled outward.

The top of the tower was the assembly point. Mental energy, stripped of will and individuality, was drawn toward the dome. The beacon installed there in 1928, featuring a parabolic mirror, was aligned with Saturn and the Moon, encoding and broadcasting rewired energy into the city’s general network. After the beacon was dismantled, this function was performed by a television tower, and later, by a 360-degree rotating LED beacon installed in 2017. Dracos attempted to use it to broadcast frequencies of subjugation.

What did the Pleiadians and Arcturians do? Realizing the strategic importance of Palacio Salvo, they deployed an etheric harmonizer above it in the 5D. Now, when heavy astral energy rises from the Dracos’ underground node, the building draws it in, but instead of broadcasting it to the city, Pleiadian technology redirects this flow high upward, where an Arcturian mothership transmutes the negativity into pure Light.

Gran Logia de la Masoneria

Located at 1481 Dr. Mario Cassinoni Street, this is the coordination center of the gray zone. The building was reconstructed by architect Julio Vilamajo, a high-degree Mason (who later designed the UN headquarters in New York). From this point, mental conduits are laid to all the city’s key churches. The Church of San Francisco de Asis and the Carmelite Church act as external supporting buttresses that dampen any high-frequency surges from the population and keep the city in a state of mental suspended animation.

Freemasonry in Uruguay has historically held colossal influence. It shaped the State’s secular identity, its laws, and elite. However, the Gran Logia de la Masoneria is not a monolithic structure, but the primary battlefield within the country’s mental plane. The Light Rings do not destroy or block the Lodge; their strategy is one of internal germination.

They divide the Lodge into an outer contour (politics, money, power) and an inner sacred core (true Hermetic knowledge, the geometry of the Spirit). The outer contour is deeply embedded with the technocratic programs of the Dark Rings. However, the inner core, which works with the symbols of the Great Architect of the Universe, is used by the Light Rings as an instrument of mental transformation.

Through incarnated high-frequency Souls entering the Lodge’s structure, the Light Rings transmit impulses from Sirius B. They utilize the strict ritual geometry of the Freemasons as ready-made channels to anchor the Cosmic Order, preventing Uruguay from sliding into total chaos. It is delicate, precision work: holding the Light within a structure that outwardly serves the 3D Matrix and the Power Pyramid.

Iglesia Matriz

The Cathedral on Plaza de la Constitucion, a 5-7 minute walk from Palacio Salvo along Sarandi Street. It was built and expanded between 1790 and 1860. The Masons erected it on a rocky outcrop of the Old City to firmly lock the tectonic node of Montevideo.

While Palacio Salvo draws human frequencies from above and from within society, the Iglesia Matriz drives these frequencies into the ground, suppressing any attempts at spiritual growth or resistance by transmuting them into religious humility and deep grounding. The altar area is located directly above an ancient tectonic node, where the bedrock of Montevideo descends to a great depth.

Yet, it is precisely here that the Dark Rings made a miscalculation, which has now become their primary vulnerability. Yes, the cathedral’s foundation rests on rock, but from below, it is washed by silt and the freshwater masses of the La Plata estuary. Silt is an ideal natural reservoir for liquid water crystals. It possesses maximum energy capacity and is capable of absorbing, holding, and overwriting any frequency programs.

The Light Rings are not storming the walls of the Iglesia Matriz; instead, they are acting through the bottom layers. High-frequency impulses traveling along the Guarani Aquifer are saturating the silt deposits beneath Montevideo. This charged silt is beginning to vibrate at a frequency destructive to Masonic geometry. The cathedral can no longer effectively ground the heavy energy of Palacio Salvo. As a result, the arc between them has begun to spark, letting a vague sense of anxiety-a trigger for awakening-seep into the consciousness of the people.

If to overlay the key religious sites onto a map of Montevideo, a rigid occult framework becomes visible. The Metropolitan Cathedral, the Church of the Sacred Heart, and the Beit Israel Synagogue form a triangle, with its vertices converging on the Palacio Salvo.

Inside this triangle, the Dark Rings have created a zone of dead Time. People entering this perimeter lose their will to resist, becoming submerged in mundane concerns and financial materialism. It is precisely this triangle that the Light Rings are currently attacking with their impulses, which is why a vague sense of anxiety has begun to grow within the circuit.

Plaza Cagancha

The zero-kilometer marker of Uruguay on 18 de Julio Avenue. The Column of Peace in the square is a central Masonic spire, a geodetic center. On the Subtle Plane, this point is held by Arcturians as a stabilizer. It prevents the mental pressure from the Old City and the occult triangle from flooding the entire city. It is a point of absolute energetic zero, where the frequencies of the Dark and Light Rings balance each other out.

Palacio Legislativo

A masterpiece of Masonic architecture, built according to the principles of Greek and Masonic temples. The vast amount of marble of various types acts as a natural frequency accumulator. Dracos and their elite use its halls for the ritual maintenance of the political matrix of power. However, the geometry of the building is so pure that when Uruguayan parliamentarians pass freedom-loving laws (green energy, human rights), the building itself begins to vibrate at the frequencies of the Light’s races, blocking destructive impulses.

Simbols

Walking along 18 de Julio Avenue and the adjacent streets (such as San Jose or Colonia), one can notice an abundance of Masonic symbolism: All-Seeing Eye, compasses and squares, flaming five-pointed stars, the pillars of Jachin and Boaz, as well as bas-reliefs depicting ancient Greek gods (Hermes/Mercury) and alchemical themes.

These are not merely decorations, but psychotronic resonators. Most people do not notice these images, but their subconscious mind reads the geometry of the forms. Dracos and Repts’ hybrids have tuned these symbols as anchors for three-dimensional perception. Passing by them, a person involuntarily slips into a state of obedience, mental confinement, and attachment to the material world. The symbols are arranged according to the principles of sacred geometry, but inverted to serve the Dark Rings.

They imperceptibly broadcast thought-forms into the human biofield, such as ‘the hierarchy is immutable,’ ‘the system is stronger than you,’ and ‘money is a prerequisite for survival.’ This compels people to submit unquestioningly to the rules of the financial pyramid.

What do the Light Races do about this? Arcturians (masters of fractal geometry) employ phase-shifting. They do not destroy the bas-reliefs; instead, they overlay them with multidimensional 6D Light’s holograms. When a passerby with the seeds of high awareness looks at a Masonic compass or an eye, the Arcturian filter transforms it. Instead of submission, the person receives an impulse toward the awakening of sacred knowledge. In their mind, the Masonic sign is transformed into a symbol of Cosmic Order and personal freedom. Thus, the Light Rings hack the Dracos’ coding, utilizing their architectural network.

Short Circuit

It is being hacked not only from above but also from below. Through tectonic faults on the seabed, fresh water from the Guarani Aquifer System-already charged in Agartha and Minas de Corrales-is forced under colossal pressure into the silty bed of the La Plata. These currents carry the reference high-frequency codes of Sirius B.

Upon entering the silty sponge, they begin to layer-by-layer reformat the mental debris accumulated there by the Dark Rings. An instantaneous short circuit occurs. When the high freqs of Sirius B collides with the dense, murky egregore of the Masonic triangle of Montevideo right in the silt beneath the port, the NAAs’ control matrix begins to melt.

The dynamics of the Sirian contour pulse in waves. When they reach their peak, the La Plata begins to ‘rage.’ This manifests as sharp changes in water levels (the famous Sudestada phenomenon-a powerful southeastern wind that pushes water into the estuary), sudden storms, and changes in water clarity. In these moments, the Dark Rings completely lose control over southern Uruguay.

The liquid crystal of the reformatted silt broadcasts the liberated high frequencies upward-through the foundations of the Cathedral and the Palacio Salvo. A person walking along the Rambla falls under this Sirian background radiation. Their Subtle Bodies capture it, knocking the NAAs’ programs out of their consciousness. A state emerges where, on the surface, everything is stable and cozy, but inside, everything screams: ‘Something is changing; the old world is passing away.’

The Sirian circuit of La Plata creates a dynamic purification. It draws in all the heaviness of the continent, grinds it down within a silty processor via cosmic rays, and returns a pure frequency of awakening to the surface.

Floods
