The Great Quantum Transition: Uruguay Ops Part 1

Anunnaki

Together with Repts, they helped introduce the “gold standard” on Earth. Since they required this metal both physically (for their technologies) and energetically (as a conductor for specific frequencies), they imposed a cult of gold upon humanity as the only absolute value.

They became the first priest-kings of Sumer, Babylon, and Egypt, to whom the “gods” granted the right to collect taxes, tribute, and manage the treasury. These genetic lineages transformed into closed banking clans and royal houses that hold the top of the financial pyramid to this day.

The goal of the Rigelian System is not merely money, but the siphoning of human life energy through it. The debt pyramid creates constant stress, fear of poverty, and need in people. These low-vibrational emotions serve as the primary food source for parasitic races. By creating a scarcity of money (even though there are enough resources on Earth for everyone), they keep humanity in spiritual and technological slavery.

Their underwater gateways and underground bunkers are located in the Rocha department, along the Atlantic coast, in the area of Laguna de Rocha and Cabo Polonio National Park. These are used for storing material resources and as communication, filtration, and extraction nodes for fresh water from the Guarani Aquifer for technological needs and life-support systems. From here, the Anunnaki control the distribution of rare-earth metals and gold, which are transported through South American banking hubs.

Nephilim

The hybrid race. Their genetic foundation was laid in the Lyra constellation and later evolved within the Sirius A and Pleiades systems, with the involvement of highly advanced humanoid civilizations and other cosmic ethnic groups. Due to wars in their home worlds, a portion of this race migrated and eventually became involved in the Earth’s experiment.

Here, they were referred to as the “fallen” (from the Hebrew word naphal – to fall), which is interpreted literally: a cosmic landing party that “descended” to Earth and violated cosmic laws by beginning to interbreed with human women. However, their original density was four- and five-dimensional. They possessed semi-ethereal, silicon-carbon bodies, could manipulate gravity, space, and Time, and communicated telepathically.

In the course of hybridization with earthlings, Nephilim rapidly lost their vibrational frequency. Their bodies became entirely biological, mortal, and susceptible to disease, although they retained their great height, immense physical strength, and remnants of extrasensory abilities.

In the Quebrada de los Cuervos canyon, in the Treinta y Tres department, lies their ancient city. They use it to preserve artifacts and chronicles of previous  Earth‘s civilizations. There, they conduct occult rituals to maintain their power and broadcast control codes to secret societies and lodges operating on the surface in Uruguay.

For a long time, Reptiloids fiercely competed with Nephilim for control over Uruguay. The latter possessed higher potential due to their Sirian and Pleiadian roots. Yet, on Earth, they also acted as conquerors and established their own dynasties, which attempted to seize control of humanity from Orion structures.

Truce

The clash of interests was particularly acute in the La Plata region, on the border of Uruguay and Argentina, where there are many powerful tectonic faults, fresh water of the Guaraní Aquifer, and magnetic anomalies. However, in recent decades, the feud has given way to a forced truce.

The reason is that Earth has entered the high-frequency Photon Belt and continues its quantum transition into 5D, making it increasingly difficult to maintain control over humanity by old methods while simultaneously warring with each other. To preserve their power, they had to join forces and agree on the division of resources.

In Uruguay and the adjacent regions of the Atlantic coast, they have established numerous underground bases. Within these complexes, Reptiloids are responsible for energy supply, digital monitoring, and the coordination of financial flows (via closed banking channels). Nephilim and hybrids coordinate genetic programs and manage social institutions through local Masonic lodges and elite structures.

They use Uruguay as a testing ground for new digital and economic control matrices. Here, totalitarian methods of social management are being tested without applying overt force. Repts provide their mental technologies and algorithms for this purpose, while Nephilim contribute administrative resources and occult knowledge of mass manipulation.

Another reason for the truce was the need for conflict-free access to the Guarani Aquifer System. This is one of the world’s largest freshwater reservoirs, stretching beneath Uruguay, Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay. It is not merely a source of drinking water, but a key technological and energy asset.

Firstly, it is used for cooling nuclear and quantum reactors. The deep underground bases of Dracos, Repts, Nephilim, and Greys operate at colossal capacities. Their antimatter generators, quantum supercomputers (which control Earth’s financial matrix), and scalar cannons require continuous cooling. This consumes vast volumes of pristine underground water.

Secondly, it is used for the production of heavy hydrogen for their fleet. Through electrolysis and specialized filtration, NAAs extract deuterium and tritium from the deep-seated water, which serve as the fuel base for the plasma engines of their spacecraft.

Thirdly, it is used for consciousness programming via hydro-technologies. Water possesses memory and is capable of carrying frequencies. Reptiloids and Nephilim exploit the Guarani horizon as a transmitter. They pass specific low-vibration codes through the water, which then reach the population via artesian wells and municipal water systems, suppressing willpower and inducing apathy. This practice is widely employed throughout South America.

Fourth, in the production of bio-solutions for regeneration. Greys and Nephilim require vast volumes of ultra-pure water to create nutrient media in their underground laboratories and incubators, where clones and biological cyborgs are produced and housed.

UNDERGROUND SUBLINE SYSTEM

The truce between NAAs was also necessary for the shared access to an extensive tunnel network in Uruguay, which is part of the Global Underground Subline System.

North

Via La Aurora (Salto department) and Tacuarembo regions, underground tunnels head, first, west, connecting beneath the main artery under the mountains of Chile and Peru, and then, continuing through Central America directly to the USA. The terminal points are the Dulce Base in New Mexico and Area 51 in Nevada. Along this route, Greys and Reptiloids rapidly transport personnel, technology, and biomaterials between the South and North Hemispheres.

South

From beneath the Rio de la Plata estuary (the Dracos’ base near Montevideo) and the Rocha coast (the Anunnaki’s base), tunnels head south, deep beneath the floor of the Atlantic Ocean. The routes pass through the Falkland Islands region, the Scotia Ridge (at the site of the former connection between South America and Antarctica), under Patagonia, and through the Drake Passage, entering under the ice sheet of the continent in the region of Queen Maud Land (New Swabia).

Antarctica serves as the main terrestrial outpost for Dracos and the Orion group. The tunnel from Uruguay is used for the evacuation of elites and the transport of gold and rare elements mined on  Earth to Antarctic spaceports for subsequent shipment to Rigel.

West

The western route is carved through the granite foundations of the continental plate from La Aurora to the underground hub in Cordoba (Argentina) and continues beneath the Andes, Easter Island, and the Pukapuka Atoll into a vast network that connects to complexes in Australia (Pine Gap base). Repts and Nephilim use this artery for operations in the Ring of Fire. It also serves as a backup evacuation route. If the Atlantic sector is blocked by the Light Rings, the Orion group’s spacecraft depart via deep-sea Portals in the Pacific Ocean.

East

The eastern route is laid deep beneath the floor of the Atlantic Ocean. It passes via base under Montevideo and continues beneath the coastal department of Rocha, the underwater Mid-Atlantic Ridge, Ascension and Saint Helena islands, and in Africa, under the Kalahari Desert and Johannesburg, toward the ancient underground Anunnaki’s bases and gold mines in the Transvaal. From there, a tunnel leads to the complexes under the Giza Plateau in Egypt and further into the Eurasian network. The African gold and rare-earth delivering nodes are integrated into a single transport network with those in South America.

On the Mid-Atlantic Ridge, this route intersects with a Reptiloids fleet base, which controls underwater acoustic and magnetic grids. They broadcast frequencies of depression and subjugation to the coastal megacities of Africa and South America.

The value of Uruguay as a crossroads lies in the fact that it is geographically located at a unique point of geomagnetic lines, where ocean currents intersect with the powerful South Atlantic Anomaly (SAA). For Dracos, Reps, and Greys, it serves as an entry gateway. The Earth’s magnetic field is weakened here, which allows spacecraft to enter the atmosphere and dive underwater or underground with minimal energy expenditure. The tunnels radiating from Uruguay to the East and West act as grounding conductors for this colossal energy. They distribute tectonic stress and the gavvvakh harvested from humans throughout the planetary network.

Echelons

How deep this network is laid in Uruguay? As in other countries, the upper level is located at a depth of 1.5 to 5 kilometers. This is also where military bases, administrative offices, resource warehouses, water filtration plants are located with a part of the maglev, capable of reaching speeds of about 2,500-3,500 km/h in vacuum corridors.

The middle echelon is at a depth of 10 to 30 kilometers. It is here that the main latitudinal and meridional highways are built, connecting Uruguay with Antarctica, Africa, and North America. Travel speeds here exceed 7,000 km/h. The journey from Uruguay to Antarctica through such a tunnel takes less than an hour.

The lower echelon lies at a depth of 50 to 120 kilometers. This level was controlled by White Dracos. Here, inside massive energy “bubbles,” were their quantum reactors, which generated power for the entire planetary control matrix, as well as their space fleet bases. Instead of maglevs, gravity-propulsion capsules were used for transport through the tunnels.

Frequency corridors-spatial cocoons anchored to magnetic field lines-allowed them to hide from the Light Rings’ scans by masking themselves behind the planet’s molten magma. From there, they broadcasted frequencies of fear on surface, and had direct access to the Antarctic hub without ascending to other echelons. But today, they no longer have that capability.

THE LIGHT RINGS

During recent operations, the Light Rings, with the participation of Elohim, Arcturians, and Sirians, altered the gravitational and magnetic constants in the lower layers. The spatial pockets within the mantle and the bubble-bases began to collapse under the pressure of the planet’s energy. White Dracos were forced to evacuate their command centers from the mantle and ascend to the middle echelon (30-35 km), where they found themselves trapped in a network of vacuum tunnels alongside Repts, Nephilim, and Greys, under the watchful control of Arcturians.

Their logistics now depend entirely on the maglev trains of the middle level, where the Light Rings regularly subject them to chrono-loops and frequency blockades. NAAs still utilize this and the upper echelons, but they no longer feel secure, as they are under intense pressure from Sirians and Pleiadians.

The Light Rings do not destroy these tunnels in Uruguay to avoid triggering tectonic shifts on the surface; instead, they intercept frequency control. By performing phase shifts, they block the power supply to the maglev mainlines, causing the NAAs’ trains to become stranded, while their bases periodically lose connection with the Antarctic center.

They are forced to operate in a state of strict resource rationing, constant cloaking, and defensive lockdown. They are trapped in the solid crust as if in a cage. The paths back (to the mantle) are cut off, and emerging to the surface at various points is becoming increasingly difficult due to the actions of the Light Rings. How they are countering NAAs in Uruguay?

Elohim

These 50D-35D beings cannot manifest directly on 3D  Earth in either energetic or physical form. If even one of them were to manifest a spark of their direct presence here, the three-dimensional matter of Uruguay would instantly dissolve into Light due to the colossal frequency differential. Elohim act as a global cosmic consciousness, overseeing the progress of the Transition.

They are present in Uruguay through manifestation bodies, first in the 12D-7D range, and from there – through Arcturian, Sirian, and Pleiadian avatars, to whom they transmit commands. Unlike NAAs, the races of the Light Rings are based primarily on the Subtle Plane, where their multidimensional enclaves, stations are located, and in the underground crystal cities, hidden from view by a frequency barrier.

Arcturians

Guardians of planetary grids, masters of Light codes and sacred geometry. They are based above Montevideo and the Rio de la Plata estuary. Their base is hosed in the upper layers of the stratosphere in the 6D-7D range. Using quantum fields, they harmonize the South Atlantic Anomaly and block the NAAs’ attempts to apply tectonic weaponry, keeping the magnetic grid of Uruguay in a stable state.

Pleiadians

Their main base is lodged above the border of the Salto and Paysandu departments in northern Uruguay. They coexist in this anomalous zone with the Reptiloids, but stay at a higher density (5D). Pleiadians have deployed a hospital and an intergalactic Portal here. Taking advantage of the fact that powerful tectonic energy emerges to the surface at this location, they use it for healing and to block Repts’ frequency weapon. Through this Portal, rescue and research vessels of the Light Rings arrive in Uruguay, which local residents perceive as pulsating golden or blue orbs.

Sirians

Aquatic and humanoid races from Sirius B (5D). They are stationed in the underwater sector of the Atlantic coast near Cabo Polonio (Rocha department) in southeastern Uruguay. Their bio-crystalline station monitors ocean currents and entrances to the Guarani Aquifer. While NAAs attempt to use this water to encode the consciousness of the population, Sirians reprogram the flows with their own apps and purify the Aquifer on an energy-informational level.

Lemurians

This is one of the many races of Agartha residing within the 4D-5D Inner Earth in their subterranean city of Isidris. Its projection and entry points from the side of Uruguay are located in the remote, inaccessible areas of the Lavalleja department, near the Cerro Catedral hills and Minas.

The Agarthan exits here are securely sealed by vibrational codes. An ordinary human or a search drone of NAAs will see nothing but a dead-end granite cliff or a flooded mine gallery. The Portal opens only at a specific frequency of consciousness, when, upon command, a cosmic beam from Regulus or Sirius activates the crystalline foundation of the region. From these points, through mental projections, they work with Spiritual leaders and their followers, preparing earthlings for awakening.

In-Earth Network

The Light Rings in Uruguay exploit exclusively their own subterranean highways, which do not intersect with the tunnels of NAAs. The Agarthan routes run through natural voids expanded by sonic resonance technologies, while other races travel via hydro-plasma corridors. What is their geography and depth?

The vector to the North (at a depth of 50-70 km) runs beneath Brazil (the Mato Grosso region, where a powerful Agarthan base is located), through the Caribbean, and extends toward the North Pole, to Hyperborea in the 5D-7D. This meridian is used to balance the planet’s energetic axis.

The vector to the Northwest, passing through Minas (Agartha), heads toward the Andean Range (Peru, Lake Titicaca). This is the main axis of connection with the central hubs of the Inner Earth in South America.

Northeast vector. This Syrians’ hydro-tunnel runs through the Rocha department, beneath the Atlantic, towards the Indian Ocean, connecting to underwater crystalline cities in the Madagascar region.

East vector (80-120 km depth). Another Sirians’ hydro-plasma corridor. It also runs beneath Rocha and the Atlantic Ocean, emerging under East Africa in the region of the Great Lakes-Tanganyika and Victoria. The African node operates in tandem with the Uruguayan one. Through this tunnel, Sirians broadcast liberation codes across the entire Southern Hemisphere.

West vector (40-60 km depth): A direct underground conduit passing through Minas (Lavalleja department) and under the Andes, where it connects to the main South American hub of the Light Rings beneath Lake Titicaca (Peru/Bolivia). From there, it extends further under the Pacific Ocean toward the subterranean systems of Shambhala and the Portals of the Hawaiian Islands. This is the axis of Spiritual Transformation.

South vector (60-90 km depth): The tunnel runs beneath the Rio de la Plata directly into Antarctica, into the deep cavities of the Inner  Earth beneath the South Pole, where the crystalline cities of the Light Rings are located. Thus, through Uruguay, they embrace the planet with their network at depths that NAAs simply cannot reach due to their technological limitations. In this geography, Uruguay serves as a vital hub and crossroads where the transatlantic and Antarctic Light’s streams intersect.
