Historically, Latin America has been entangled in a tight and powerful network of transnational organized crime. This is not merely criminal activity, but a full-fledged shadow economy and quasi-state structure that controls vast territories and financial flows, possessing its own armed forces. In Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, and several Central American countries, they are waging fierce internal wars-not only against each other but also against state authorities.

Politics

The continent constantly oscillates between sovereign-leftist forces (Venezuela, Cuba, Nicaragua, and Brazil under Lula) and radical right-wing globalists (Argentina under Javier Milei). The war is waged through “soft power,” sanctions, information warfare, and the orchestration of mass protests.

Geopolitics

In the battle for resources, Latin America is a key hub for the “Lithium Triangle” (Bolivia, Argentina, Chile), the biosphere of the Amazon Basin, and colossal oil reserves (Venezuela, Guyana). The US/EU and BRICS are competing for access to these assets. Each side is attempting to lock these countries into its financial, economic, technological, and political orbit.

THE OORT CLOUD

From the Oort Cloud, Earth appears as a dynamic crystal, in which Latin America serves as a powerful grounding element and a reservoir of planetary energy (due to geomagnetic anomalies, such as the South Atlantic Anomaly, and the density of the Amazonian biosphere).

Through the Oort Cloud, the Light Rings transmit high-frequency impulses to Latin America that stabilize the Earth’s core and axis, activate ancient tectonic and mental codes, laid down as far back as the Third Race, to prevent the region from sinking deep into low vibrations.

For their part, the Dark Rings utilize the inner space of the Oort Cloud to keep Earth in isolation. For NAAs, Latin America is a vital resource and a survival reserve-an ideal refuge, as they believed, protected by the Andes. In reality, the situation is exactly the opposite.

THE LIGHT RINGS

Sirians

They do not incarnate into physical bodies on the continent, but work remotely from stations in near-Earth space and the outer perimeter of the Solar System. They block the NAAs’ attempts to apply tectonic and climatic weapons in Latin America and the Pacific Ring of Fire. Through the information field, they transmit economic and social models into the consciousness of key political and scientific leaders in the region who are capable of large-scale reforms.

Pleiadians

Their humanoid races act through avatars and contactees, transmitting information via intuitive channels. They maintain the reference frequencies of the Earth’s biosphere and protect ecological systems (the forests, rivers, and fauna of the Amazon). Peru and Bolivia (the Andean Belt) are a traditional zone of focus for Pleiadian groups and the Sirian High Council. They oversee the Quechua and Aymara peoples, who have preserved their connection to Earth and the Greater Cosmos and are ready for the activation of “dormant” DNA.

Pleiadians energize ancient sacred sites (Machu Picchu, Tiwanaku) with pulses. They relay Light’s codes through ancient megaliths acting as frequency stabilizers, remotely activating them during peak loads. Maintain the integrity of the planetary crystalline grid in Latin America.

Andromedans

They also operate primarily from near-Earth space, blocking the Dark Rings’ attempts to sever the continent’s connection to the Galactic Central Sun. In Latin America, Andromedans are focused on mental engineering, the protection of ley lines, and the relaying of signals from the Oort Cloud. Together with Pleiadians, they oversee the Amazon (as the planet’s living genetic bank) and the indigenous tribes, who, through their rituals, maintain the frequency of the Earth’s core using plant-based resonators.

The Tiwanaku complex and Lake Titicaca (Bolivia/Peru) serve as a vital hub for receiving high-frequency codes from the Oort Cloud. The water surface of Titicaca works as a giant receiver lens. Through it, the Light Rings broadcast programs of Light and the evolution of the Spirit.

Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley of the Incas (Peru) are used as Portals to stabilize the geomagnetic field of South America, anchoring tectonic plates and the planet’s axis.

In the Roraima region at the junction of Venezuela, Brazil, and Guyana, the Light Rings protect ancient tepuis (tabletop mountains), the stumps of giant silicon trees from the era of the First and Second Races. They possess a unique crystalline structure, which is why they are still used as natural quantum antennas, receivers, and relays for high frequencies that cleanse the planet.

DARK RINGS

White Dracos and Reptilians (Alpha Draconis)

They have been here for millions of years, based in underground caverns beneath the Andes and the Amazon. They operate through avatars within the continent’s old banking elites, transnational syndicates, and government structures. To harvest gavvakh, they use financial cartels and criminal syndicates to sow violence, fear, bloody conflicts, and low-frequency cults (such as Santa Muerte).

Greys (Orion) and Biomechanoids (Zeta Reticuli)

They are housed in the desolate high-altitude regions of Chile and Peru, and work through proxies on transhumanist programs. They are focused on technocratic control, the collection of genetic material, the alteration of human DNA, the digitization of the population, and the psychotronic management of megacities and favelas. These NAAs oversee the implementation of total biometrics, satellite tracking systems, and neural network algorithms for population manipulation. For them, Latin America is a testing ground where social barriers are minimal, allowing for the cruelest methods of social conditioning.

Toeholds

In Catatumbo (Venezuela), where millions of lightning bolts are generated continuously, the Dark Rings use this electromagnetic anomaly like HAARP to divert and jam incoming high-frequency cosmic signals and to encode the ionosphere above the region.

Atacama Trench and Desert (Chile), a zone of a deep geomagnetic depression, serves as the location for underground bases and spaceport of Greys and the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate (ICC).

South Atlantic Anomaly (SAA), a vast area where Earth’s inner Van Allen radiation belt comes closest to the surface, dipping down to an altitude of 200 kilometers. The Dark Rings exploit SAA for the unhindered deployment of destructive programs and the energetic suppression of human consciousness in the neighboring countries.

BATTLEFIELDS

All NAA activity in Latin America (and globally) is the death throes of the condemned. They are trying to squeeze the maximum out of planetary resources and human emotions, knowing that the Oort Cloud Portals are closed to them forever. It is a chaotic, violent gobbling of everything before their final removal from Earth.

SPACE

For a long time, the spaceport in Atacama (Chile) was the main springboard for the Dracos, Reptilians, and Greys’ suborbital jumps. They have two more backup terminals – one in Mexico (the Chicxulub crater zone) and the second in the depths of the South Atlantic Anomaly.

Can NAAs and the ICC use them to escape the planet? No longer. After the radical clearing of the Dark Rings’ bases on Ceres and Iapetus, their logistics network in the Solar System has effectively collapsed (see – Rats Slaying, DNI, 11 July 2026). The fleets of the Light Rings now strictly control all movement within the Oort Cloud. Attempts at evacuation by isolated groups resemble thrashing in a confined space: they can move between the sub-planes of Earth or the Moon, but are unable to go any further.

SURFACE

Ecuador

Political assassinations, terrorist attacks, and violence in this country not only provide NAAs with gavvakh (loosh), but also generate the energy they are still using to try breaching the Andean mountain range’s field for an interdimensional Portal, in a desperate hope to escape the planet.

Pleiadians are thwarting these attempts using the volcanoes Chimborazo, Cotopaxi, Tungurahua, Sangay, Cayambe, and others as resonators. When the level of mental aggression in the cities (Guayaquil, Quito) reaches its peak, these natural silicon structures intercept the low-frequency waves and ground them deep into the Earth’s core, where they are annihilated.

The transmission of the ‘sumak kawsay’ frequency (of harmonious living) through the DNA of the indigenous peoples (Quechua) also acts as a mental blocker. It prevents the fear of the mafia and drug cartels from taking root in the collective consciousness, maintaining the population’s psychological immunity.

Lithium Triangle

The Bolivia-Chile-Argentina triangle is a zone of heightened interest for the Dark Rings. Beneath the colossal lithium deposits lie crystalline lenses that function as the ‘electrolyte’ of a giant natural battery. By plundering the lithium, NAAs are literally ‘discharging’ this area, disabling the Arks hidden under them (see – Arks Ops, DNI, 7 April 2026; and LatAm Island, DNI, 3 May 2026). Plus, they are suppressing the population through the Greys’ technocratic reforms in Argentina.

With Javier Milei coming to power, this country has turned into a laboratory for the Dark Rings. Their goal is to completely dismantle the State as an institution and hand over all resources (including lithium) to transnational corporations. They aim to create a governance model where the human being is reduced to a digital unit, stripped of social guarantees and national identity.

To counter this, the Light Rings are utilizing the crystalline grid of Lake Titicaca in the Andes, on the border of Peru and Bolivia, having activated it as a quantum computer. An ultra-high-frequency carrier signal (in the violet and gold spectra) is being beamed onto the Lake from the Oort Cloud. The water mirror retransmits this signal horizontally across the entire Uyuni salt flat and further south into Argentina.

This signal literally burns out the Greys’ digital control frequencies. Psychotronic towers and biometric systems are beginning to malfunction. Constant system errors and data loss are occurring within IT corporations. A spontaneous protest and rejection of lies are emerging in the collective consciousness, resulting in mass resistance that is derailing the NAAs’ plans.

Guyana/Venezuela

For over 100 years, these countries have been at odds over the shelf and territory in the region of the Essequibo River, which holds some of the planet’s largest deposits of oil, gas, copper, and gold. NAAs are constantly fueling this conflict to pit the armies of Venezuela and Guyana against each other, using spread eagleism, aggression, and mass casualties as a cover to open a Portal on Mount Roraima, located at the junction of Brazil, Venezuela, and Guyana.

In response, Andromedans are using the table mountains (tepuis) of the Guiana Shield as anti-phase transmitters. When NAAs broadcast “attack” and “revenge” thought-forms into the information field of both countries’ militaries, Mount Roraima generates a mental-blocking frequency.

On the physical plane, this manifests as a sudden “viscosity” of processes. Orders get stuck in bureaucracy. Equipment unexpectedly malfunctions. Politicians in negotiations lose their aggression and retreat into endless legal coordination. A frequency-based de-energization of the conflict occurs. The parties simply lack the energy to start a war.

UNDERWATER

The Peru-Chile Trench is one of the most vulnerable zones for seismic inserting. After NAAs were defeated in the depths of the Pacific Ocean and the waters of Venezuela (see: Pacific Battle, DNI, 27 June 2026; and American Ops, DNI, 9 July 2026), they left inversion triggers in the tectonic faults off the coast of Chile. These are wave implants tuned to resonate with the Pacific Ring of Fire. Their purpose is to activate a super-earthquake and produce a catastrophic tsunami in the event of a total loss of control over the continent, in order to collapse this part of South America into the depths.

However, Andromedans are constantly “patching” the fault with dampening frequencies (a phase-shift method). They convert the colossal tension into small, safe series of tremors, preventing NAAs from destabilizing the tectonic plates.

UNDERGROUND

After the Light Rings severed the NAAs’ external logistics on Ceres and Iapetus, their underground bases turned into traps, which are being destroyed step-by-step across three key clusters in South and Central America.

Chilean-Atacama Sector

As mentioned above, deep in the voids beneath the Atacama Desert (in the Chajnantor Plateau region) and the northern spurs of the Andes, lie the bases and spaceports of Dracos, Repts, Greys, and the ICC.

Here, the Light Rings do not resort to military assault; instead, they employ hydrodynamic and frequency-based displacement. First, their special units use directed ultrasonic pulses to destroy the bases’ life-support systems. Then, they force the energy reactors into a state of irreversible resonance, after which the underground caverns are flooded with deep-seated groundwater. On the surface, this manifests as quakes with a magnitude of 2.5-3.5, lacking a clear epicenter but accompanied by a characteristic subterranean rumble, which the local population refers to as the “breath of the Andes.”

Amazonian Cluster

Deep beneath the forests of Mato Grosso, the Serra do Cachimbo mountain range, and the Xingu River basin in Brazil lies a vast network of tunnels (“Chincanas”), bases, and laboratories of Greys and Repts. The ultimate prize here is the Amazon-Earth’s biological processor, which generates prana. Through bribed officials and forest fires, NAAs attempt to destroy this processor to lower the overall oxygen and energy levels of humanity.

To eliminate NAAs, the Light Rings employ scalar incineration. Via satellite systems and Oort Cloud transmitters, they direct pinpoint plasma pulses at the coordinates of the bases, which annihilate the reproductive and cloning matrices. The remains of the biomechanical forms of Greys and Reptilian hybrids are dissolved at the molecular level. Since the tunnel system is silicon-based (interconnected with the roots of the ancient ecosystem), the silicic soil of the Amazon absorbs and processes this decay, preventing any contamination of the surface.

Mexico and Guatemala

For centuries, the Black Rings have used this Central American hub, along with the karst caves and underground lakes (cenotes) of the Yucatán Peninsula-which reach depths of several kilometers-to harvest and consume gavvakh.

How is the cleansing conducted? The Light Rings seal the entrances to the cenotes with electromagnetic barriers, completely cutting off NAAs in the underground bases from their supply of gavvakh. Deprived of it, the inhabitants of these shelters perish and are disposed of. Localized ground collapses (the sudden sinkholes in Mexico) are the physical consequence of the implosion of these emptied underground shelters.

Latin America is currently a zone of critical parity. The Dark Rings are still attempting to turn the continent into an isolated stronghold, plunging it into chaos through violence and poverty. The Light Rings, via the Oort Cloud, are permeating LatAm with new Light’s codes, stimulating a rise in sovereignty and the rejection of old control programs. On the Subtle Plane and through human agents, a war is being waged over who will prevail.

As Disclosure News previously noted, Co-Creators are continuing to track down the Dark Archons’ backup and self-restoring 3D Matrix of Earth. Few doubted the existence of a reserve copy, but it could never be located. It was assumed that its carrier could be a person or a group of people, their DNA or genome. Pleiadian geneticists scanned everyone they could down to the cellular level-different people, different races, different regions, etc. In vain! Nothing was found…

Finding what they were looking for was unexpectedly aided by the phased removal of the old Source Code from the Causal Matrix of Earth’s Logos, launched on June 26th, starting strictly from its last 669 digits after the decimal point (see – When, DNI, 14 July 2026). This is exactly what laid bare the location of the backup 3D Matrix. Where exactly?

Since Co-Creators have already begun to solve this problem, they authorized the release of this information on July 16th. As it turned out, Dark Archons placed it into the Epstein-Barr virus. This is the pathogen for herpes type 4 (HHV-4). Once infected, a person becomes its carrier for life. It settles in the cells of the immune system (primarily in B-lymphocytes) and enters a latent (dormant) state.

Staying in it, the virus integrates into the DNA and is passed on to new cells during division. As long as the immune system is functioning properly, the virus remains silent. But if defensive forces weaken (due to stress, exhaustion, chronic illness, or the use of immunosuppressive drugs), HHV-4 can be activated. According to various estimates, 90-95% of Earth’s population are carriers.

The primary route of transmission is through saliva. Therefore, the infection is sometimes called the “kissing disease.” One can become infected by using shared utensils, cups, toothbrushes, or bottles. Other routes are airborne (through close contact); through blood (via transfusions or non-sterile medical instruments); sexually; through organ or bone marrow transplants from an infected donor; or from mother to child (during pregnancy and childbirth).

In other words, the person themselves becomes a bio-carrier of a virus-a backup copy of the 3D Matrix’ Source Code-which has been transmitted to them and encoded into their DNA. People simply pass it on to others during the process of infection.

As the old Source Code is deactivated, the 3D Matrix will weaken day by day. The gavvakh feeding trough is closing. And that is where the main danger lies. In this situation, NAAs may go to great lengths… But the Light Rings remain on guard. Disclosure News monitors the developments.
