In July, after the clearing of the Black Sea-Caucasus node (see – Fiery Dawn Ops, DNI, 5 July 2026), the Light Rings continued to cleanse the underground NAAs’ infrastructure all the way from Crimea to Tibet and the Himalayas.
As elsewhere, on the surface, they are opposed by the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate (ICC) and the part of the ruling circles cooperating with it. The foundation of this alliance was laid in the mid-20th century, and at all stages, the Orion Alliance strictly controlled all ICC interactions, which proceeded along two main vectors.
GERMANY
In the 1930s-1940s, the secret societies of the Third Reich (Ahnenerbe and Vril Gesellschaft) established direct contact with the Black Architects of Orion, Alpha Draconis, and Aldebaran through Maria Orsic and dozen of other medium contactees. From them, the Germans received technologies for disc-shaped craft and reverse engineering. In Antarctica (New Swabia), they built the first joint bases. After 1945, these technologies and specialists were secretly evacuated to the USA as part of Operation Paperclip, becoming the backbone of the American part of the ICC.

USA AND EUROPE
In 1954-55, once at Edwards Air Force Base in California and twice at Holloman AFB in New Mexico, President Dwight Eisenhower met with factions of the Orion Alliance (The Greada Treaty). On the eastern outskirts of Eurasia, during these same years, parallel, highly classified technological interaction was taking place through specially created structures.
Earth’s shadow governments received advanced technologies from Orion (microchips, fiber optics, lasers, nuclear, anti-gravity, and other technologies). In return, they granted NAAs the right to build underground bases and tunnels, and turned a blind eye to abductions, biological experiments, and biomaterial collection. From the second half of the 1950s, the ICC became so strong and autonomous that it became a completely separate “civilization,” leaving official governments to play the role of a puppet screen.

Today, the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate continues to operate as a fully independent and hidden structure. Within it, a rigid vertical-horizontal hierarchy of a totalitarian type is maintained.
Owners
The absolute masters of the ICC are the alliance of White Dracos and Rigel’s technocrats. They do not engage in operational management but only give orders on who should receive technologies and AI platforms, what frequencies should be set for siphoning Earth’s living energy, and who and how should control external gateways and bases in the Solar System and infrastructure on Earth. There are no humans at this level.
Managers
These are hybrids and genetically reprogrammed by NAAs staff. Remaining in the shadows, they run their part of the planet and countries as plex structures. In the global Power Pyramid, these CEOs occupy middle, purely executive levels. These include old banking dynasties, the military-industrial elite, leaders of Asian triads, and bosses of European and American mafia clans. They act as a buffer between the Orion Alliance and the lower-level Earth personnel.
Personnel
At this level, the ICC is absolutely international. In underground cities and bases on Earth, Moon, Mars, and other planets, personnel recruited from the best minds work side by side: American military engineers; scientists and specialists in biochemistry and cloning from Eurasia, German technologists (Ahnenerbe and Fourth Reich groups) and so on.
On the surface, they are divided by politics, sanctions, and wars, but underground, at kilometers depths, they have unified contracts with the ICC, shared production facilities, laboratories, transportation networks and vehicles, and a common task – to extract and utilize resources and serve the Corporation without asking questions.
CAUCASUS
Abkhazia and Georgia
Over the past decades, the ICC and NAAs have significantly expanded the karst caves of Abkhazia to depths of over 3-4 km and connected them with underwater bases in the Black Sea. These housed underground factories for servicing unmanned disc-shaped craft and hydroacoustic tracking stations. Under Georgia (Tbilisi and Kazbek region) was a powerful Orion psi-generator that constantly ignited discord and conflicts in the Caucasus. Today, Arcturians have taken full control of these caves and facilities within them. The psi-generator has been destroyed.
Kabardino-Balkaria and North Ossetia
Under the Baksan Gorge and deep inside Elbrus, at a depth of 7 km, was located one of the genetic repositories of the Dark Rings. Here, chrono-capsules containing DNA standards were stored in a locked state. In June, the ICC attempted to evacuate these artifacts from Earth but was blocked by the wave walls of Sirius A. After a swift battle, this object was handed over to the protection of Pleiadians.
Chechnya and Dagestan
At ultra-deep levels in the area of the Vedeno Gorge and the Dagestani mountain fracture, long ago, NAAs laid large tunnels extending under the bottom of the Caspian Sea and further into Asia. Later, the ICC built military-technical bases, nuclear, and plasma reactors within them. Due to the specifics of the local crystal lattice (high content of metals and shales), experiments were conducted here to create heavy tectonic weapons. The Caspian depths were used to shelter heavy anti-gravity spaceships.
On July 3rd, the Sirius A fleet, together with Pleiadian tactical groups, conducted a deep-sea and underground blitzkrieg here. They did not engage in physical combat but used Blue quantum resonance – a high-frequency pulse that instantly deactivated the nuclear and plasma reactors at enemy bases. Life support systems shut down, tunnels were sealed by a frequency field, paralyzing all logistics. Then all bases were completely cleared.
Armenia and Azerbaijan
In addition to underground mainlines connecting the Lesser Caucasus with the Ararat anomaly, under Azerbaijan (Mingachevir node) and Armenia (Sevan region) were AI modules that intercepted Anahata energy from the population and twisted it into a left-handed torsional field, provoking hostility and border clashes.
The Ararat anomaly served as the main node of this mechanism. In deep antiquity, the Light Rings established an 11D Portal at this location to ground Light codes in the Caucasus. Later, the Orion Alliance and the ICC reprogrammed it. In the Sevan and Mingachevir regions, they installed an inter-dimensional repeater that twisted timelines, creating causal loops that doomed the region to endless repetitions of wars.
On July 4th, a special unit of 9D Andromeda engineers conducted a ground and etheric sweep of these facilities. With pinpoint annihilation pulses, they burned out the left-hand torsion nodes. The Ararat Portal is now cautiously returning to its initial broadcast mode of unconditional Love and harmony.
CENTRAL ASIA
This region ensured the uninterrupted operation of NAA’s repeaters and the transit of resources and biomaterial from Europe into the depths of Asia.
Central Asia
Turkmenistan
The Dark Rings and the ICC used the voids beneath the Ustyurt Plateau and the Caspian Depression as thermodynamic settling tanks and storage for heavy elements and raw materials for psychotronic weapons. The famous Darvaza crater (“Gates of Hell”) was formed as a result of burning through the upper dome of one of these underground NAA and ICC bases.
To avoid a catastrophic explosion of the entire region, Arcturians applied quantum matter transformation technology. They converted all ICC storage and their contents into a plasma state and channeled it out through an etheric gateway to the Subtle Plane, and annihilated there.
Kazakhstan
The entire space beneath the Mangyshlak Peninsula and Lake Balkhash is riddled with tunnels of the Orion Alliance. Automated cloning centers and bio-laboratories of the Greys (Zeta Reticuli) were also located here. The flat terrain of the steppes allowed the ICC to use this region for unimpeded landing of heavy transport ships.
Mangyshlak
On July 2nd, special forces of the Galactic Federation, units from Lyra and Sirius A, conducted a joint sweep here. First, they blocked the infrastructure with wave shields from the outside and stormed all centers and labs. Then, they evacuated all Souls that were held captive in genetic hyperbaric chambers. After that, they annihilated the bio-matrices of the clones, the AI databases of Rigel, and the ICC technical gateways under Balkhash and Mangystau. The hotbed of genetic slavery was eliminated forever.
Uzbekistan and Tajikistan
Under the Kyzylkum Desert (Zarafshan region) lay the largest underground ICC complex for processing rare earth metals into fuel for Orion ships and gold into a monatomic state. Beneath the Pamirs, at a depth of up to 15 km, was a giant quantum jammer. It intercepted and jammed the codes of transition into 5D, coming from the Galactic Central Sun, and provided energetic protection for underground infrastructure. In early July, Arcturians completely destroyed it.
Kyrgyzstan
Lake Issyk-Kul is a giant natural waveguide. Beneath its bed, at a depth of 8 km, within a colossal granite pocket, was the base of White Dracos, heads of the Orion Alliance. From here, they controlled the climatic processes of all Eurasia and the mental field over its eastern part. The Tian Shan tunnels directly connected Issyk-Kul with Tibet.
Lake Issyk-Kul
The base was protected by a plasma dome that masked it as natural seismic noise. White Dracos used Issyk-Kul as a giant lens. It was directly connected to the ICC satellites in orbit and the Pamir psi-repeaters.
By changing the vibration frequency of the Lake’s water mass, Dracos could direct colossal torsion impulses into the atmosphere, creating droughts in Siberia and floods in China. They controlled tectonic stress throughout the Tian Shan, activating or suppressing earthquakes in populated areas of Central Asia, keeping local governments in fear and constant alert.
During an operation in the first days of July, the Andromedan engineering corps completely blocked the base and destroyed White Dracos with wave weapons. The waters of Issyk-Kul are now undergoing quantum purification, and their natural healing function is being restored.
Tibet and the Himalayas
Beneath Lhasa and the mountain ranges of Kailas and Everest, at a depth of 12 kilometers, the Dark Rings built a giant three-tiered AI complex. Mount Kailas, shaped like a stepped pyramid, was used as an antenna.
Tibet and the Himalayas
Nearby were a Time Portal, which the Orion Alliance had tuned to Saturn and the AI “Nexus,” and the main command center from which the Dracos and Black Architects steered financial, political, and religious processes on Earth. Through this same node, they broadcasted programs of aging, physical and moral decay, and the cyclical Samsara Wheel (enslaved reincarnation of Souls).
On the night of July 4th, Arcturian quantum corps took full control of this entire region. They completely annihilated the Orion AI complex near Kailas. On the 5th, they started reconfiguring Time Portal to the Galactic Central Sun and the Solar Logos. Arcturians are aligning the gateway’s geometry, restoring its original 12-dimensional structure and spherical superconducting form. A pure, undistorted chronal flow has begun to reach Earth. Programs of aging and mental slavery, broadcast through Tibet and the Himalayas, are being replaced with codes for DNA regeneration and Soul purification.
BLOWBACK
The altered operation of the Time Portal automatically sent a powerful energy impulse back into the Tian Shan tunnels, which connected the water lens of Issyk-Kul with Tibet and the Himalayas.
The Tian Shan (“Celestial Mountains”) is not just a folded mountain range, but a high-altitude waveguide crystal. This is why, within it, at depths of 5 to 12 kilometers, the ICC carved out a colossal network of high-tech tunnels applying the Orions’ sub-molecular plasma cutters. These transformed the conduit walls into perfectly melted, vitrified granite monoliths, possessing superconductivity.

Eurasian Ops – The Great Quantum Transition
Maglev trains on an anti-gravity cushion, reaching speeds of up to 4-5 thousand km/h, circulated through these arteries. This allowed travel between underground bases under Europe, the Caucasus, Central Asia, China, Tibet, and the Himalayas in a matter of minutes, completely bypassing surface control.
Through this network, White Dracos pumped colossal volumes of Earth’s life energy, purified by the Lake’s water crystal, from Issyk-Kul. Via the Tian Shan tunnels, this potential, in the form of a high-frequency flow, was transferred to the underground AI complex near Kailas. There, this pure energy was reprogrammed and used to power the Saturnian AI “Nexus” and the chrono-jammer.
The tunnels served as gigantic coaxial cables, holding all of Central Asia in a single destructive field. When the Arcturian quantum corps destroyed the Saturnian node with plasma Purple Rays on July 4th, an instantaneous reverse resonance occurred. The artificial magnetic field that held the arches of these underground mainlines instantly shut down.
On July 5th, Arcturians carried out physical and wave sealing of these arteries. Under the impact of high-frequency energy, the glazed tunnel walls crumbled and transformed into granite. Beneath them, the high-speed trains, storage facilities, and ICC backup communication hubs within the Tien Shan are now eternally entombed. The entire logistical skeleton of the Dark Rings in this region of Asia has been zeroed.
