After June 21-22, the confrontation between the Dark and Light Rings turned into an open war. It reached its highest peak in the Pacific Ocean. Inside and around the perimeter of the Ring of Fire.
The Dark Rings, in a furious struggle, unleashed the Lunar Dracos and Orionian Insectoid-Reptiloid hybrids (Rigel). These are biomechanical entities that carry mantis genetics, crossed with Reptiloids’ DNA and enhanced with cybernetic implants. A completely technocratic race, devoid of Soul. Their consciousness functions as the collective mind of the AI-hive, which on Earth is fueled through the AI-Nexus. Living in the lower 4D astral, this race has always been characterized by extreme aggressiveness and parasitism.
BASES
On Earth, it was Rigelians who were the main system administrators, programmers and engineers at the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate (for more about ICC, see – Dismantling, Part 4, DNI, June 25, 2026). They provided digital control, designed the AI-Nexus Earth segments, transferred liquid helium quantum processor technologies to shadow ICC corporations, and run underwater drilling complexes and 34 Dark Rings’ bases on the Pacific and the Caribbean seafloors.
Quantum repeaters located on the outer perimeters of the facilities connected underwater cables (fiber optics) to the Saturn-Moon-AI-Nexus frequency channel, turning the world’s oceans into a giant parabolic antenna for broadcasting the mental programs of the Dark Rings.
Bio-cybernetic control modules could change the density of matter. This programmable substance was used to repair the skin of unmanned submarines and create sealed deep-sea domes that can withstand high pressure at maximum depths. Technical personnel, engineers, and military personnel at these bases underwent mandatory frequency coding and reprogramming using neural helmets. They completely erased people’s fear, empathy, and doubts, turning them into efficient biorobots devoted to the ICC.
The bases are located with strict reference to the deep-sea folds at depths from 4 km to 9 km inside the tectonic trenches – the Mariana, Philippine, Kuril-Kamchatka and Caribbean. This allowed to cut directly into the energy ley lines of Earth and mask bases in the oceanic relief from any surface sonar. The operations of these 34 facilities cover a huge area – from the northern borders of Japan and the Kuril Islands to the atolls of Polynesia and the Caribbean Sea. It also served as space transit network that spanned half the planet.
WAR
The battle in Pacific kicked off immediately after June 21-22, when Co-Creators annihilated the 4D router of the AI-Nexus. Rigellian cybernetic systems in all 34 underwater bases have lost power and lost synchronization with Orions’ hive. The biomechanical processors on the ocean floor began to overheat. The stand-in’s offline mode couldn’t handle Earth time, which caused navigation and other systems to cascade down.
High-ranking Rigellians tried to leave the bases and Earth through Portals. But Sirius A completely rewired the frequency codes of these Gates, which led to a frequency short circuit. The transport capsules were stuck in intermediate densities. When it became evident that they lost any possibility of escaping, Rigelians commanded the fading Artificial Intelligence to produce tectonic disaster at several points SIMULTANEOUSLY.
Where exactly? In the Mariana Trench (Lemurian Portal), Guam (US military base), Kwajalein Atoll (military-industrial complex test site), Iwo Jima Island (ICC underwater bases and repeaters), Kuril-Kamchatka zone, Iwate coast/Aomori, the San Andreas fault in California and the Caribbean tectonic node in Venezuela (seismic triggers).
Historically, the Caribbean was used by the Orion consortium of ICC as a paired lens to the Lemurian Portal in the Pacific Ocean. But if necessary, in the X-day, NAAs were ready to activate a fault in the northern part of Venezuela, where the Caribbean and South American lithospheric plates touch, to cause a giant tsunami capable of washing away the coast of Florida, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean Islands.
X-DAY
It arrived on June 24, 2026. On command, NAAs ignited two powerful tremors in Venezuela with an interval of 39 seconds and a magnitude of 7.5 (Yumare area) and 7.2 (near San Felipe), at a depth of 23 km and 21.9 km; in Japan, a M7.2 earthquake off the coast of Iwate and Aomori prefectures (at a depth of 50 km); and In California, a M5.6 quake 11 km north of Redwood Valley (depth 8.8 km).
Why did the Dark Rings hit their proxies in these countries? When coordination is disrupted, NAAs always resort to eliminating evidence and witnesses. In three-dimensional logic, this is a crime, but in Dark’s’ wars, it’s a classic move. Having lost control of the 4D router of the AI-Nexus, the puppeteers from Orion and Saturn quietly sacrificed the lives of their elite, not counting ordinary people.
ICC ground providers (officials, shadow bankers, heads of secret programs and laboratories) know too much. When the Light Rings began intercepting NAAs bases, there was a direct threat of data leakage. It’s easier to press the tectonic “button” and bury own bunkers along with the staff under the rubble. And, as bonus, to collect a powerful wave of fear and pain (gavvakh) from the population for dessert.
The strike on Venezuela had a second, purely geopolitical goal in pitting against each other the City and Washington/The Pentagon. By bringing down the northern coast of Venezuela, its behind-the-scenes handler, London, forced the US Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) to respond urgently. The United States had to officially deploy Joint Task Force-Bravo and Chinook helicopters from bases in Honduras for rescue operations. This is how the British diverted their American cousin and his logistical resources to the humanitarian crisis in Latin America, allowing the UK to regain their lost positions in the Pacific (around Taiwan) and send a reassuring signal to their proxies in Asia.
Does it mean that NAAs has been successful in Venezuela? The answer is NO. If they had won out, the Caribbean tectonic node would have worked according to their original scenario – with a vertical oceanic rift deep down to the mantle, a colossal tsunami could wipe out all coastal countries.
OUTPACE
The Light Rings acted preemptively. On the Subtle Plane, Andromedans managed to set up a standing scalar dome 30 seconds before the quakes were activated. They intercepted the 5D timelines and changed the type of fault. Instead of vertical oceanic dumping (which would have caused a mega-catastrophe), the energy was transferred to a horizontal strike-slip strictly on surface. NAAs planned to wash away half of the continent, but instead buried their own underground bunkers, evacuation hubs, archives and bio-laboratories in the Amazon and Venezuela near Caracas and La Guaira.
Currently, the Caribbean node is under total frequency blocking of the Light Rings. The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center was forced to completely cancel all warnings for Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. There was no destructive wave in the ocean. About 150 aftershocks from M3.0 to M5.0 occurred in the region. This is how the AI-Nexus backup system “ate up” the residual voltage of the plates. Venezuela’s power grid and communication system are operating intermittently, but the quantum dome of the Light Rings has completely stabilized the plate from further mega-ruptures. ICC technologies in Latin America have been intercepted and securely sealed.
FIREFIGHTS
The events in other hot spots of the Pacific Ocean were no less dramatic. From June 22 to June 27, intense firefights between the Light and Dark Rings unfolded underwater, on the surface and in the Subtle Plane.
Orion (Rigel) has thrown large biomechanical amphibious ships into battle. They entered from lunar orbit at high speed, bypassing the air defenses of coastal countries, and docked underwater with the Mariana Trench. There, applying plasma railotrons, they’re trying to rip apart the crust. They were assisted by Lunar Dracos, which used automated deep-sea modules armed with infrasound cannons to frequency destabilize the joints of tectonic plates.
Additional cover was provided by the shadowy US Navy, which worked for the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate. In particular, the Seawolf submarines of the fourth generation, which guarded 34 ICC underwater bases. The Virginia subs of the fourth generation, equipped with special modules for launching Rigelians’ underwater drones. The Ohio heavy submarines, converted to carry deep-sea complexes to destabilize tectonic plates, jam quantum communications and frequency shielding.
The Light Ring Fleet was already standing in ambush and instantly went to intercept. Its armada consisted of plasma cruisers and bio-crystalline modules (Andromeda) capable of changing the density of matter. They hide in the ocean crust and rocks in a 4D shifted state and produced standing scalar domes that nullified kinetic or infrasound wave impacts of the enemy. Neutralization drones (Sirius A), small, highly maneuverable plasma disks burned out the electronics of ICC drones and blocked them with magnetic resonance pulses.
For ships of the Light Rings, there was no difference between space, the atmosphere, and the ocean floor. Their ships change the frequency of own atomic grid, and for them, the density of water becomes the same as the density of air. They entered the ocean at supersonic speeds without a single splash or water hammer – the water simply made way for their force field.
There were also large mother ships of Arcturus in the ionosphere, which held the planet’s energy field and blocked the Lunar server of the Dark Rings. Disc-shaped and cylindrical plasma modules operated underwater and in ocean basin. They came close to 34 ICC bases, broadcasting paralyzing frequencies to suppress the Rigelians and force them to capitulate.
The Light Ring Fleet did not destroy enemy ships with explosions, so as not to cause a tectonic catastrophe. The technology of molecular binding was used. The Sirius ships created super-dense plasma cocoons around the Rigel crafts, which blocked the engines and rendered their atomic structure inert. As a result, they simply froze in the water column, like flies in amber, after which they were released to extreme depths for subsequent disposal.
RAMMINGS
But some of the fighting was unprecedented in its severity. Attacks, ramming, wrecking, high-frequency non-contact and contact impacts, scorched the electronics of enemy ships. Using plasma resonators, the Sirius fleet applied quantum blinding tactics. They burned off the navigation systems and on-board computers of the American submarines Seawolf and Virginia, which instantly lost their orientation, became blinded and were forced to urgently surface or lie down on the ocean floor.
In the area of the Mariana and Bahama Basins, many clashes ended with battering rams buckling the Rigel’s subs as they tried to oust the Light Ring fleet from the Portal zones. Due to AI-Nexus failures, the NAAs’ subs calculated the course incorrectly and were unable to dodge the ramming. Several US submarines with severe damage to their nose fairings and sonar systems were secretly towed to the docks of Guam and Pearl Harbor. The official version is “collision with an underwater rock.”
Rigellians’ attempts to launch autonomous bottom-mounted devices to undermine the plates ended in a complete collapse. Andromeda’s plasma shields simply split their biomechanical skin at the molecular level. The bottom of the Pacific Ocean is now strewn with fragments of Orion’s cybernetic hardware.
CLEANSING
On June 26, a fierce clash on the Subtle Plane took place in the waters between Hokkaido and Sakhalin. The epicenter was the Rock of Danger (150 m long, 50 m wide. height 7,9 m) in La Pérouse Strait. This is a strategic point-lock, a tectonic and Portal grounding device that closes the entrance to the Sea of Okhotsk.
The black octopus’s race that lived in 4D under this node has been used for centuries by Lunar Dracos, and todays by ICCS as living wave filters. They maintained a negative field and blocked the solar frequencies of Jupiter in this region. During the operation, these entities were uncovered from their shelters and deported to the Black Universe. The Okhotsk node of Northern Eurasia is now 100% cleared.
By June 27, the phase of open warfare in the Pacific Ocean had moved into the positional stage. NAAs are completely blocked. The Light Rings carry out routine but strenuous work to hold the scalar domes, dampen aftershocks, and solve the problems of ICC underwater base personnel. All 34 objects are completely intact, but psychological hell reigns inside.
The Light Rings strictly forbade the destruction of these bases. These are unique underwater cities with autonomous life support, desalination and closed-loop systems that can serve science and ocean purification.
Scientists, technicians, and the military have lived for years at kilometer depths in full confidence that they are protected by the invincible AI-Nexus and Rigelians’ technologies. On June 21-22, the connection to the Nexus was cut off. The curators escaped through Portals, were interned or annihilated.
The bases remained in complete frequency and physical isolation. The Light Rings sealed the airlocks. Emergency lighting was on inside the facilities, quantum processors were producing system errors, and stocks of bio-reagents were running low. People realized that they are trapped in steel cans at the bottom of the ocean, and their masters have abandoned them.
Unlike NAAs, the Light Rings do not sacrifice earthlings. Personnel at 34 bases are recognized as “hostages of frequency hypnosis.” The rescue protocol, which is being implemented right now, includes three stages.
Frequency Anesthesia
To prevent panic, suicide, and attempts by personnel to undermine the bases’ nuclear reactors, Arcturus ships transmit delta-band waves through the water column to the bases. People at the bases sink into a deep, restful 12-hour sleep.
Evacuation
While staff sleeps, the deep-sea vehicles of the Light Rings dock with the airlocks of the bases, open the entrances and begin the rescue op. Groups of people are being transported to medical vessels on the surface.
Quarantine
Evacuated personnel are being transported to closed sanatorium areas in the mountains of Northern Eurasia and Latin America. There, with the help of purified MedBeds and Light’s therapy, specialists completely erase the mental Rigel and AI-Nexus viruses from patients’ neural networks. People wake up healthy, free, with restored empathy, and in the future, they could return to normal life.
BLACK CUBE
But events continue. On June 27, the Light Rings performed an operation in the English Channel, removing large clumps of negative energy, huge dark entities similar to eels, and a colossal black cube located at the bottom of the strait.
It was the main underwater stand-in supercomputer that directly powered the City and the entire shadow financial system on Earth. It was through this cube that Saturnian programs of debt slavery, Ponzi pyramids and scarcity were distributed to the planet’s banking servers.
The English Channel is a powerful tectonic and ethereal node between Great Britain and continental Europe. By placing the cube at the bottom, the Dark Rings anchored the financial stranglehold directly into the crystal lattice of Europe. Dark eels are astral parasites of the lower 4D, belonging to the Lunar Dracos caste. They served as a living frequency winding of the black cube, generating mental smog that clouded the consciousness of European elites, causing arrogance, aggression and submission to the AI-Nexus.
After the Saturn-Moon-AI-Nexus energy cable was cut on June 21-22, and the Blue-Golden Ray of Jupiter started burning out Saturnian frequencies, the cube in the English Channel lost its protection. The eels began to thrash in panic, trying to hold on to the fading signal. After the removal of this black structure and its guardians into the Black Universe, the European financial and frequency node of the ICC was de-energized. Shadow clearing, high frequency trading (HFT), and over-the-counter derivatives were the first to face problems.
HFT
This sector was directly tied to the computing power of the black cube. The robot algorithms of the City’s largest investment banks, which performed millions of microsecond transactions in automatic mode, lost their space navigator. The data packet transfer rate (ping) between the servers began to jump erratically.
The City’s trading AI systems no longer see real liquidity. They begin to place erroneous orders, generating avalanche-like digital losses, which bankers are frantically masking inside closed balances. The quantum “cushion” that created fictitious trillions from the void has completely dissolved.
LME and LCH
London Metal Exchange and London Clearing House are the most important ICC trading nodes. It was through the LME that NAAs providers legalized and distributed the proceeds from the sale of rare earth and raw materials, and isotopes extracted from underground bases in Africa for space trade.
Now, digital registries of ownership of metal stocks (nickel, cobalt, lithium, copper) have begun to issue system synchronization errors. LCH’s fiat settlement gateways are experiencing latent paralysis. Transactions are suspended between continental Europe and the UK due to a frequency cable cut under the English Channel.
Offshores
The black cube coordinated the encryption of digital footprints, through which trillions of dollars went from the real economy to the ICC space programs through British offshore companies (Caymans, Bermuda, Jersey). But this network has gone blind. Black Nobility’s shadow accounts began to be opened for automatic auditing of the sovereign systems of the Light Rings. The quantum encryption keys supplied by Rigel have been annihilated. The protective dome over the City has been removed.
The press in London and Wall Street are trying to explain the failures as “planned technical work” and “a major wave of cyber-attacks on the UK banking infrastructure.” In fact, the IT specialists of the City banks see that their software is physically intact, but the database gives out zero causal conductivity.
