Friends, the Schumann Resonance charts have been quiet, yet I continue to read a steady flow of energy reaching Earth. Much of what I sense in the field does not appear on the charts we have grown used to watching. Integration is also taking place beneath this apparent stillness, and today the work centres on balance.
The autumn equinox brings us to the point where day and night come close to equal length. I read this portal as a time when our inner axis is being adjusted, bringing light and shadow, Spirit and matter into a new balance within us. This balance matters as we move through the next stage of the 5D Shift.
The astrological year began six months ago when the Sun entered Aries in April. That was the impulse to begin, to want something new and to act on it.
At the summer solstice in June, the light reached its height.
Now the Sun enters 0ยฐ Libra, directly opposite the point where this cycle began, and we can look at what has grown from our spring intentions.
Think back to the person you were then and the choices you have made since. Some desires have taken shape, while others have shown you that they belonged to an earlier version of your life, or were never truly yours. The equinox gives us a moment to see where our energy has gone and what has enough life in it to stay with us as we move forward.
โจThat reflection also brings us to the parts of our experience we find harder to accept. Each of us has memories we would rather turn away from, choices we now understand differently, and encounters that still carry pain.
Earth has always been an intense school for Souls who chose to grow through contrast. But Light and darkness both arise from the same Source, and their continuous interplay is the great game through which Souls and worlds evolve.
Your Soul has known both sides, and in some chapters it chose situations where darkness seemed stronger, with people who became your most difficult teachers. From the Sourceโs perspective, these are just polar forces, not labels for good and evil; each experience is a point of growth.
๐ซNow you can look back at those chapters from the position of an awakened player. When we keep judging what happened and the parts of ourselves that lived through it, part of our energy remains tied to the past.
This equinox portal gives us an opportunity to see what those experiences taught us, accept our shadow with unconditional love and bring that energy back into our lives.
Pseudo-spirituality mistakes the appearance of constant calm for inner balance, while spiritual maturity means facing your shadow and seeing beyond the old division into good and bad.
โจSpiritual mastery asks us to look honestly at our own shadow and reach a place where the heart can love and accept every story, including our own, without judgment.
From that place of greater balance, we can choose the Light with an open heart and begin creating from Creator consciousness.
I see this equinox as one of the checkpoints in the Shift. Before we move further, we have an opportunity to put down old roles, judgments and inner conflicts that have travelled with us for too long. Notice what you are ready to leave at this point, and feel how much more of your own energy becomes available when you make that choice.
I read the coming three months as a period when what we choose within ourselves now will begin to find confirmation in our lives.
Take a little time today to acknowledge how far you have come, accept the experience that brought you here, and choose with clarity what you want to carry forward.
