The Ritual
Fold your paper twice, folding it toward yourself both times, to draw your desire inward. Place it in the center of the dinner plate, then set the candle directly on top of it. Sprinkle a small amount of cloves and vitex powder around the base of the candle on the plate.
Light the candle and say:

Set the wine glass near the plate. Open the wine (or juice) and pour a glass as an offering. Then say:

If you’d like, pour yourself a glass as well, and optionally, any loved ones who will share the home with you. Toast to Hestia and to your new home, celebrating as though you’ve already found and purchased it. Then drink.
Closing the Spell
Allow the candle to burn all the way down. For safety, it’s perfectly fine to extinguish and re-light it at intervals over the next few days until it’s fully spent.
After a few hours have passed, take the wine glass outside and offer its contents to the earth as a final gesture of gratitude to Hestia.
